Really lovely, really friendly quick service on an emergency repair this morning. Just a Quick walk from Paddington - couldn’t rate them more highly.

Easy to book online and very welcoming and friendly service, staff explained what would be done and the bike feels great. Recommended!

I received an exceptional service from Will at the Colindale branch, a nice man who clearly knows and cares for what he is doing. He serviced and upgraded a few things on my ebike (despite some bits being a challenge) - now it rides like a dream and I am very happy.

Extremely efficient in what they do. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. After phoning in for a bike repair appointment, they very quickly booked me in, ordered the parts and fitted them in great timing. I am.very happy with the work they have done. They are highly knowledgeable and were able to quickly answer any questions I had. I was impressed with the service from start to finish.

I initially went in to get my front brakes fixed and also asked for a safety check on my bike. The brakes were sorted perfectly, but after riding for a bit I noticed some issues with the gears. I brought it back, and a different person (Chad) did a full bicycle MOT and made sure everything was in top working order. Chad didn’t even charge me for the MOT, saying it should’ve been done from the start. Chad was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He clearly cares about doing a proper job. Highly recommend this shop!

Always polite and friendly when you go into the shop, nothing is too much trouble, good to know how much it’ll cost before work starts.

Done what I have requested, although its a bit more pricey than I have anticipated but in terms of longevity, its worthit.

Fettle spent time working on an electric bike that ultimately could not be mended economically. They would not accept payment for this. This is exceptional, particularly given other bike shops wouldn’t take a look at it.

That also serviced/repaired a road bike which I hadn’t ridden since 2017. It’s like clockwork.
