I ordered 2x from them, not realizing that they were the same company. Both purchases were around $35.00. Never got them, No tracking. Phone 757-709-6622 Does not work. Zip code is 11235. NY. Someone is having a fantastic time with everyones money and should be stopped.

I purchase clothes early February and I never received anything nor any email information. Certainly I was SCAMMED. It was only $38.65 in Macy's Clothes. The monies was deducted from my bank account 02/05/26.
Terrible how there's so many SCAMS online. It true what they say, If its too good to be true, its NOT.

Be aware they are a scam company make a purchase said it was delivered and never received it SCAM SCAM WARNING

Do not order from this company. They will take your money and you will never receive your order. They are a scam company. They should be arrested and locked up from taking money from people. I know that their parents didn’t raise them to be criminals or maybe their parents are the ones who taught them how to be criminals anyway they should be locked up and the keys threw away

I ordered $44. In shoes & coats on 1/12/26 but have received no goods, no shipping date no order confirmation. The only thing I received was a withdrawal on my credit card. No way to contact this vendor for an answer to my questions. TOTAL SCAM! Skip this place.

I placed an order what I thought was Nordstrom, when the transaction was completed it shows Looksetfetsive, $71.99, was paid from my bank account, on 1/16/26, as of date no confirmation, no package and no way of contacting them. I have since reported same to consumer affairs, we need to shut them down. It appears to be scam/fraud.

Ordered winter coats through NordstromRack.com. Did not receive an order confirmation. Credit card was billed for full amount under name estorefetsive.com. Never received merchandise. Tried to contact fetsive by instructed means. Unable to get in. No phone number. Filing a complaint with my credit card.

I wrote a long review. I'm exhausted, I was ripped off for over 125. They pretended to be Kohl's & Nordstrom's . I cancelled my order within 15 minutes after finding out they were in China & it would be 25-35 days B4 I would receive it.
It shows as "ESTOREFETSIVE" as the title of taking it out of my account.My bank account was used online IMIDIATLY after placing my order! I had to freeze my account & take those additional losses. I was diagnosed with Kidney cancer Christmas. I ordered items for after my surgery & for 2 of my adult children's bday gifts.
These people are heartless criminals. They @ one point offered me 30 percent then 50 percent bk on my order, I refused, I wanted ( needed) it in it's entirety 😥
Please do not trust these people.

On February 7, I purchased items for 50 no tracking no phone number. I could not find any way to communicate with the company.

Never got my order can’t even track it reported it to tic tok and fraud….this company has no way to contact them n the phone number is fake they don’t answer emails nothing highly suggest not ordering from this company …also goes by several different names mine was Rinbuy

I ordered the middle of December 2025 and still haven't received my order. Please refund my account

I placed an order from these people on January 4th, the money was taken out of my account on January 18th. Today is January 29th and I have received not even an email about my order. I thought I was buying from JCPenny until I placed the order i realized it was not them. This must be scammers

This was my first time ordering from Fetsive and I'm honestly impressed. I got a black shirt and the fit is really nice - not too loose, just very clean and well-shaped. It's also super easy to style, I've already worn it with different outfits and it works every time. The quality feels good and overall it was a smooth first purchase. Would definitely order again.

My order with Fetsive felt honest and open in every way. The product fits properly, has a nice appearance in real life, and is comfortable to use on a daily basis. When I had a little inquiry, customer care responded quickly, which I greatly valued. I had no issues because it fulfilled my expectations.

so far nothing, but I did check this sight out before ordering and thought it was safe. Now I am not sure. I am waiting for an order. I will know if I have been scammed yet again. I know this if it comes from China, do not order from that sight. I order four time before Christmas, never received any of the orders, no refund, no way to talk to anyone. Hoping for an order this time. Looks ify

Several items ordered in November 2025. Tracking says they were delivered on January 9, 2026. We have received nothing. These clothes were ordered from a J. C. Penney website, but goods were supposedly shipped by Linaforte. I've emailed them, asking for further tracking, replacement of the items or refund of our money. There's been no response. I guess the saying "If it's too good to be true, it probably isn't" holds true!

My mother who is on a very limited income was scammed into purchasing a big chunk of her Christmas gifts on pappua.com. She was charged for the purchase (which comes up as festive.com) and never received her items. She can't afford to replace the Christmas gifts and she's heartbroken over it. Sickening.

Wow! Wish I had read reviews , cause I spent almost $60 an haven't heard nothing back , an I think this is very wrong that they keep getting away with this..... I'm so so so very upset & I am taking legal action. I won't a playing bout my money. They r gon' wish they hadn't taken from the wrong one......
Smh , it's sad , because they r nothing but thieves & they r bout to be were they can't rob anyone else, after this .......
It is now , Officially February 5th an it's been almost a now , since I placed my order & I've never once have gotten anything sent to me nor no Emails , no messages, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING......
This is so wrong because I thought I was buying from Macy's back stage clearance sale.
I'm bout to report every single bit of this again.

I ordered some items for a $55.90 I've heard nothing since and have no items mailed to me on this out $55.90 they don't have my account it shows I've ordered nothing and I've got a picture of where I ordered and purchased at but I don't know how to get in touch with them the number that's on there is always a busy signal what can I do to get back my money or either get my items?

I ordered 2 jackets from this site on 10/23/25. They pulled money from my account on 10/24/25. Gave me an order number and an ETA. Several weeks later I received an email stating the package was "delivered". We live out in a rural area with no neighbors for at least a mile. No info on the "carrier". They sent an email stating they would refund 60%, I refused. Then another email for 90%. I accepted this "refund" on 11/27/25......Its January of 2026. No refund, and no more emails. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
