I ordered from them ,and never received my order. There is no number to call. I emailed them, and never got a response. Tracking shows delivered, but I didn't get any packages. No way to get a refund unless I dispute with my bank! Do not buy from them. It is a scam!!!

This company took my money and I received none of the articles I ordered it has been since February the 24th I have no way of contacting them so if there is a customer assistance line I would love to have that number I feel very invaded by this company even though it was not a lot of money it was still my money and I was scammed. I suggest to others of you not to entrust your hard-earned dollars to this company if it seems like it is too good to be true it's not.

I have an order that was"delivered" on the 1st of March. It was not. I can't find the emails to get a number to call. I have 2 orders from this company and nothing to show for it. If anyone has a contact number that would be great. I have contacted the bank.

The most comfy shoe I've ever owned; I wear it for casual walks and even play football. It fits perfectly, however because it is laceless, you run the risk of rolling your ankle when you move too sharply.

I had ordered 3 outfits on Feb 11th and today is Feb 24th and I have not received my order yet so I will never order from here again. I want my money back.

I adore these trainers so much! Why only four stars, then? Even though they are great, they simply don't last as long as I would like. I've had over six pairs of them and will continue to do so, generally when there's a nice sale, which occurs very frequently. The memory foam feels like walking on a cloud, and they are incredibly comfy. I was a little dubious when I originally purchased these because I didn't realize they were slip-ons, but I'm glad I did because they fit snugly and flawlessly. They also come in half sizes, which is a huge plus.

thieves. fake tiktok shop. no purchased items delivered. Blocking transaction through my account but likely wont get a refund. These people are scumbags

I really wish we could see where we are ordering from in the CONTACT US because it should tell us where the company is and the name. We could look them up before ordering. I placed a small order in August 2025 and the said it was Eddie Bauer clothing on sale for the winter and I fell for it. The prices were absolutely ridiculous and that should of been a red flag, but I purchased anyway. It turns out that they said they delivered the package and when i saw the tracking number they had the wrong zip code. They mailed it out again, supposedly and I never received anything. They emailed me and said they will fully refund me within 15-25 working days since December 2025. I am still waiting for my refund. I have emailed them all this time and they keep sending me the same email that they are trying to expedite, then they are having server issues, then they have a high volume of returns and its taking longer that normal, then its my bank and its been a nightmare with emails.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. My package was marked as delivered, yet nothing ever arrived. I checked everywhere — no delivery, no notice, nothing. For an order containing many items, this level of carelessness is unacceptable.

Tracking information has been unclear and inconsistent, and getting a straight answer has been harder than it should be. Customers should not have to chase down their own missing orders.

Deducted $19.98 from my checking account, yet I've never placed an order let alone ever heard of them before!

this company also runs under the name outfitfannie and a glovarax as well. they screwed me for around 90$ and caused overdraft issues with my bank after agreeing to let them "fix their first" fake shipment! so they pulled the same bs from the original shipment including fake tracking info that only pulls up on a specific site. these ppl are literally doing nothing all day but hustling ppl trying to have a few nice things in life.

Comfortable right away with good grip and easy slip-on wear. Lightweight and breathable, though not for wet weather. Low-key enough to wear almost anywhere. Quality looks good so far. Recommended.

It’s a scam. You will never get items and they will keep taking money from your card.

Replacing my worn out slip ones...seem to be a better quality than my last ones...at the same price
