I wasn't able to put in my birthdate after trying many times. It was changed/updated and they were very patient about my issue and changed it quickly.

Anytime I’ve had questions or run into anything confusing, the support team has been super helpful and easy to talk to. I’m newer to the platform and had quite a a few questions, but I never feel rushed or brushed off—they actually take the time to help and make sure I understand everything.

If I can give it NO STARS, I would. There seems to be NO professional team to administer to you inquiries. I sent a in varies email as to why my profile was quickly tooken down. It mentioned that "New Members" weren't allow to promote even though they set the stage for you to promote anyway! Mind you, I just started my account only a couple of days ago! Never Again!!! FetLife is Trash!!!

I was having trouble getting my bank information verified. When I contacted customer service to figure out what the issue was I had a very kind and swift response that resulted in the issue being resolved with assurance from Christie that if I had any other issues to let her know. I fully believe that and appreciate the personal attention I received.

I was having issues accessing my account after paying the fee. I emailed the support team immediately letting them know I was having issues and provided screenshots to prove payment. They responded back to me within hours apologizing for the issue and ensuring me that they would get it resolved for me. They kept me informed the entire process via email about my issue and what they were doing to resolve it. They got my account working again and the whole process was SO easy. I’ve never experienced a support team that was so FAST & genuinely helpful. Thank you so much for resolving my issues quick and making the process as easy as possible.
