Ferrero Arvostelua 41

En regardant la composition des Ferrero rocher, je constate, comme chez certains (qui se considèrent) chocolatiers comme Lindt, la présence d'huile de palme.
Si ces 'professionnels' ne savent pas proposer du chocolat sans huile de palme, qu'ils changent de métier.

Ik heb een klacht ingediend bij Ferrero over een Schokobon met een rode verkleuring en een ontbrekend deel van het product. Na het opsturen van het product kreeg ik een zeer algemene reactie zonder concrete onderbouwing of inzage in het onderzoek.

Er wordt gesteld dat alles “veilig” is, maar er worden geen testresultaten, rapporten of duidelijke oorzaken gedeeld. Daarnaast wordt een product dat volgens hun eigen controlesysteem had moeten worden onderschept, toch bij de consument geleverd zonder echte uitleg hoe dit heeft kunnen gebeuren.

De geboden compensatie staat totaal niet in verhouding tot de situatie en mijn vragen worden niet inhoudelijk beantwoord. Inmiddels wordt er ook niet meer gereageerd op vervolgcontact en is het dossier eenzijdig gesloten.

Erg teleurstellende klantenservice voor een groot merk als Ferrero. Ik had meer transparantie en verantwoordelijkheid verwacht.

Customer service is not good at all for such a large company ! Had problems with Thortons toffee since November last year and still not sorted.. The toffee was disgusting and at £11 per box .

NOT a pleasant flavour and NOT a chocolate taste at all but just nasty FAT taste of the palm oil mainly , thanks Ferrero for ruining our favourite Christmas treat and we will NOT be buying even again now!!

Test des glaces Ferrero Rocher franchement honteux triple ?? À quel moment les magnum double sont nettement plus triple que votre Ferrero Rocher glacer de plus aucun goût un pauvre chocolat craquant c’est déjà ça l’intérieur clairement une glace top budget est meilleure de loin de plus le prix inacceptable pour une qualité aussi médiocre ! Le pot de Nutella glacé est par contre fantastique est colle parfaitement mais les Ferrero Rocher glacer que de l’esbroufe c’est honteux. Ou est le goût de noisette praliné bref ou est le goût du Ferrero Rocher??????

After lodging a complaint for a ferrero product that looked well past it's best I was told I would be sent a voucher (for the princely sum of €5).
6 months later, & several email reminders & responses promising same, as well as an 'increase' to compensate for the delay, I am still waiting for any actual voucher to arrive.
Although I like their products I will be giving my custom to other chocolate companies that look after their customers better.

Just want to say congratulations to you and thank you for putting word Easter on your eggs when you were the only egg in Tesco that said Easter 👍♥️

j'ai fait part d'une insatisfaction sur les glaces Kinder Bueno tres détaillée le 19/06. elles sont insipides, pas de gout, rien à voir avec les délicieuses barres Kinder Bueno.
je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite de la maniere dont a été reçue ma réclamation: le service consommateurs a tout bonnement refusé de compenser mon achat et surtout mon insatisfaction tant sur le produit que sur la façon dont ferrero s'est délesté de sa fonction.
Je trouve ça honteux pour un si grand groupe de ne laisser aux clients la possibilité de ne pas aimer un produit qui a été mal conçu, qui est décevant et pas bon, alors meme qu'il faut remplir un questionnaire tres long et très détaillé. Il n'y a aucune considération pour l'effort demandé ni la satisfaction et encore moins de respect pour el client déçu qui prend la peine de faire avancer leur service qualité

Je suis très déçue par Kinder. J'ai acheté deux boîtes de Œufs Chocolat Pat'Patrouille KINDER SURPRISE pour un total de 7,18€, pensant faire plaisir à mon fils de 3 ans, grand fan de Pat'Patrouille. Quelle surprise et surtout déception lorsqu'il a ouvert son œuf pour découvrir... une tortue au lieu d'une figurine de ses héros préférés !
Sur l'emballage, on ne voit que les personnages de la Pat'Patrouille, et à aucun moment il n'est mentionné qu'il pourrait y avoir d'autres figurines. Mon enfant était inconsolable et moi, en tant que parent, je me sens trompée par ce marketing mensonger.
J'ai contacté Kinder pour exprimer mon mécontentement et demander un dédommagement, mais leur réponse n'a pas été satisfaisante. Je voulais partager cette expérience afin que d'autres parents ne soient pas aussi déçus que moi !

Unfortunately no option to give no stars I spent 80 something pounds on gifts to take abroad with me paid for selected day delivery arrived a day late I wasn’t there put in greenhouse in summer not very bright contacted customer services I was offered the delivery refund but not for the 80 odd pounds of thortons chocolates told to take a photo how when I am nearly 900 miles away and don’t know if or when I will be back absolute joke don’t order save your money and go elsewhere.

I sent/received several messages regarding a piece of wood I found and chewed on from an extra protein bar. They confirmed it was a twig that had got into the bar in their factory. I had a few days of pain in one of my teeth. They offered me £20 in the form of a voucher. When I queried this they cheekily asked me to supply a dentist receipt and they would increase it to £30 once they had received it. I never said I needed dental treatment. The way I’ve been treated is an absolute disgrace. They admitted it was their fault. Terrible
