Great chair, but some blips in customer service
Bought a Herman Miller Aeron Remastered, and while the chair itself was in excellent condition, the process of buying had some issues. I was informed that they recently moved to a new website, which had some techical issues, which messed up my order and it took longer than usuall to process. Customer service was also slow to reply by e-mail, also due to some tech issues i suppose. In the end all my issues were resolved when i could finally get a reach of someone, so i think that once they fix their website and communication channels it will be much smoother.
But as mentioned the chair itself was like new! Once they fix up their website and e-mail issues it will be 5 stars
