Owesome product . I discover Fenix on you tube chanel Wyprawy Leona . This Polish guy explores mines etc. He always spoke highly about Fenix . when I saw fenix in action I could not resist . I like usb charged devices very handy for me . IM very happy from my purchase. Fenix simply the best choice in those dark days.

Sent an email asking about a product and got no response, sent another asking about sponsorship for an RNLI event no response. I’ll stick with my LedLensor signature instead of trying their HP35…

No the reason for a bad review is I got no response from my emails. Yes I did ask if you would be interested in sponsoring an event in one email but you didn’t say no, you did not reply. Precious mail asking about battery life and guarantees were also ignored.

E28R v2.0 - good quality, prompt delivery, small and relatively light weight as required and appears to give the advertised light output. Overall just the job.

I purchased a torch from fenixtorch 9 years ago. Last week it stopped working after use on 12 hour shifts 4 times a week. I contacted customer support at fenixtorch to ask if they do repairs/if there would be any warranty.

I received an email within an hour or two with instructions on how to fix my torch as well as how to do some general maintenance.

I would have purchased a new torch from them however despite losing a sale they have kept my torch going hopefully for another 9 years.
