I purchased a torch from fenixtorch 9 years ago. Last week it stopped working after use on 12 hour shifts 4 times a week. I contacted customer support at fenixtorch to ask if they do repairs/if there would be any warranty.

I received an email within an hour or two with instructions on how to fix my torch as well as how to do some general maintenance.

I would have purchased a new torch from them however despite losing a sale they have kept my torch going hopefully for another 9 years.
