I done a few reviews of other products from different companies but your one stood out for me. Especially for women and all the questions I had were answered for me about the creatine .

Missing items and no response

Really disappointed with the customer service.

My order arrived with half of the bundle missing. I only received the protein. I emailed on 8th September with my order number and photos, followed up again and then sent a DM. It’s now the 14th and I still haven’t received any response or even an acknowledgement.

I’ve also received an automated email asking me to review the products, despite the fact I haven’t actually received them.

I completely understand that mistakes can happen with orders, but ignoring repeated emails and messages about missing items is really poor customer service. I’m still waiting for either the missing products to be sent or for someone to actually respond and resolve this.

I’ll happily update this review if the issue is sorted.

Doesn’t mix well at all and poor customer service

Doesn’t mix well at all. Little clumps with a gloop-like texture form when mixed. I contacted customer care by email and also on messenger for any advice on how to mix it differently but didn’t receive a reply. Disappointed as I bought two packs which I will not use. Very sweet and artificial tasting as well.

Great results

I bought some products for my wife and she has been delighted with the great results she had from taking them.

Always a Happy Customer

Always great turnaround time with deliveries. Electrolytes and Gut Balance on subscription is always so handy so I am never low on stock. Also love trying all the different protein flavours in baking, especially my baked oats breakfast.
