Still haven't received my order a week later

Paid for 1-2 day delivery. Item still hasn’t arrived 5 days later. Tracking says shipped and nothing more. Email sent but been ignored. Not happy at all.

I ordered a dress on Wednesday, paying £9! next day delivery as I wanted it for the weekend. Its now Monday and I still haven't received my order! Disappointing.

Love the products and the quality recommend fearless all the way

This website has gown downhill! They’ve had no new stock for awhile now the clothes look nice in the pictures but not when you get them?
You have to pay for your returns and the delivery price has gone up?
Also you don’t get refund you get a gift card when you return your item the only problem is there’s no new clothes to choose from? Just old stock with random sizes

Paid £9 for next day delivery on the 1st December. They were not shipped until the 6th and no one responded to emails. Poor service

The clothes and customer service are always lovely. Unfortunately my negative feedback which hopefully can be constructive is I ordered some clothing with both card payment and gift card. Items then become out of stock so you part refunded me but to the gift card and not my bank. Surly if I am using a gift card that should be used as payment first and my cash refunded. I did question this but had no response after being told the system does it.

Bought some boots , clearly in stock... i was refunded in 2 days because none were in stock actually and i missed my opportunity to buy the same boots as a black friday discount, from a diffefent shop. Waste of time!

Bought a few items from fearless now, always nice quality and quick delivery - would recommend.

They charge you £10 for delivery and this isn’t even recorded or signed for LOL. and then if you want to return.. that costs you too.. but make sure it’s recorded because they will say it never arrived their end!! Absolute shambles of a company and the clothes are nothing like the pictures… AVOID

Total scam site, do not use! I tried to buy some sandals for a birthday present with Standard 3-5 & paid through PayPal. They sent an email confirmation of the order, but after no delivery 7 days later, I contacted their Customer Services. I didn’t get a reply, instead I got an Order Dispatched email. After another week of no delivery, I contacted them again & have been totally ignored. I’ve now had to file a dispute with PayPal who are helping to get a refund from Ilyo Ltd (Fearless). Sometimes their website domain is referenced as “fearless.co.uk” & other places it is “fearlesss.co.uk” (extra “s”), this raises further red flags. Save yourselves the grief & just don’t use this company!

I ordered some shoes over a week ago and have contacted them in different ways and no response about where my order is! They have taken my money and ive received nothing!!

Complete disregard for the customer! I placed an order (#1451), on 13th April and got an email on the same day, saying the goods were getting ready to be shipped, but I have yet to receive anything and no acknowledgment or reply to two emails I sent enquiring about lack of delivery. I will now contact Amex and ask them to claim back payment. Given my own experience, it’s little wonder the majority of reviews for this company are so damning!

They take your money, they don't send you any goods and they don't respond to your queries. Contact your bank to have your funds refunded and report them for fraud.

Biggest rip off ever. No customer service. Do not respond to emails. The only reason I got my money back was because I called my bank provider to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting that this company is even in business. Don’t deserve it at all. Probably don’t even have any items in stock and prey on people hoping they don’t ever take action against the company for their money back. Embarrassment.

Terrible (and non-existent) customer service. I purchased 2 items from them 2 weeks ago and never received a confirmation email nor one following up a 2nd inquiry email I sent 1 week later. I grew suspicious and that's when I found this blog and "surprisingly" the top reviews confirmed my suspicions.

BEWARE!!! SCAM COMPANY! Recently brought a couple of items {two pairs of shoes and a bag} and needed to be sent back as I was not happy with the quality and they did not fit very well. I was not refunded back all of my money {I am NOT including postage from my-end} even though they were still within time frame of returning, still had tags on, and obviously unworn.
When I emailed to enquire more than once, they have basically ignored my emails. Fearless used to be a great company when Beth was in charge but I will not buy from this company again as they rob people of their hard earned money.

wish i could give less than 1 star absolutely appalled by this company reached out to this company loads emails, the email address you said me to contact the email just bounced back cause it’s a scam and all fake. Klarna are having to try get through to you as i’ve reported it and debating reporting and filing a case to police so you don’t go scamming others. Rather than voucher codes for you’re website how about send the items i’ve been waiting 2 months now. i’m sorry royal mail ain’t that far behind. As that’s you’re excuse. Just either stop my payment. Disgusting appalling customer service, do not buy from this rubbish and a unreliable company unless you want to be scammed. i’ve spoken to others too had same experience sent an item back and u have on ur website a fake address so that you don’t receive it then it’s too late to refund them back. How pathetic can one company get. useless company
