I would give zero stars if I could never have I ever had such an horrendous ordeal with a seller firstly I received bedding 8inches to big for my bed and when I tried to return they wouldn't accept then when eBay refunded me bombarded me with antagonistic messages after leaving negative feedback that was factual then admitted to selling my faulty bedding elsewhere at a knock down price and is still herassing me after asking repeatedly to stop contacting me.

Absolutely horrendous company ! Used years ago with no problems , but purchased on 2nd July and still not dispatched and ignoring numerous emails . Went on trustpilot and everyone is saying the same don’t buy from these rogues ! Avoid at all costs .

I never recieved my order nor did they communicate as on my where abouts of my parcel was

I have ordered a couple of items a while ago now and I haven't received them, I have contacted customer service with no joy or response so. Many times now , so I will be contacting PayPal, regards this matter.

Don’t waste (sorry, lose) your money to these con artists. No tracking number was ever sent and items never arrived.
No reply to emails either.
I feel like an absolute idiot for being duped by these thieving gits.
It’s now in the hands of paypal.

I made an order at the end of April and when it arrived I found I had been sent two right foot boots. Straight away I sent an email to customer service hoping to sort it out but I never received a response. Now 5 weeks and multiple emails later I still have not had any response from customer service! I am so annoyed with this and I think it is absolutely disgusting to of not had anything back from them! Do not bother wasting your money here to get wrong items and zero service!

It over 7 days and I’m yet to get my order. Please sort this out

Received order but 2 items missing that are on the invoice. Contacted them via message system.... No reply.
Emailed.... No reply either!!
Hasten to add I wish to return items so want a return label - will i get it, who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

My items haven't arrived and it's 4 weeks later. They are ignoring all communication (2 emails, an Instagram message and a post on their website.) I've never had a problem with this website but I've read they have a new owner. NEVER AGAIN. Don't spend money on anything on this website because it is a waste. 0 customer service.

Don’t bother wasting your money or time. Overcharge on shipping (5-7 delivery) 3 weeks later my parcel arrived with items missing! No update from customer services regarding these! No refund either. Clothing is cheap china stuff! Probably bought from shein and then sold on at a much higher price. Customer services are awful and ignorant.

The prices are great, the purchasing process is easy and straightforward. Got a promo discount on my first order.

All my purchases from fearless have been great and lovely quality.

No dispatch updates, no items yet still waiting and no response from customer service.
