Scheduling option didn't work
Scheduling option didn't work, sent my fax in the middle of the night when I thought I was scheduling it for the next morning, and at the exorbitant price of $10 for 2 pages. Much better and cheaper options out there without scheduling.
[EDITED TO ADD] Customer Service was very helpful about refunding me due to this issue. Hopefully this won't happen again in the future to another customer sending sensitive info via fax.

Price shows as 8 AUD and invoiced the same but deducted 12.50 AUD from the card.

It's good but lacks fax summary / cover…
It's good but lacks fax summary / cover page, mostly makes issue in uploading files stating reason as large files, does not allow copy of doc fax with delivery confirmation mail and in the inbox

Thanks for such detailed feedback. We just implemented your suggestions so faxzen now has the following features:
- cover page
- large uploads allowed up to 20MB
- document attached to confirmation emails
It worked which was all we expected
