Unfair and deceptive billing, abusing "dark patterns". Support is useless.

I needed a Fax number for personal business but didn't want to need to go somewhere to fax a document and needed to fax several different documents on different days. This was a hassle free inexpensive way to accomplish my goals. I was able to utilize the fax from my phone by using attachments, and it worked perfectly. I would definitely use this app again if I need it, and would recommend if you need a fax or a fax number to receive documents.

Was a very easy service. It remembered the numbers I faxed to and I was able to complete all of the paperwork for my mother. This service really made my life easier during a difficult and challenging time. With everything being digital, I was able to fax my pdf and gif files, just as if i were standing at a fax machine. This company saves trees, is stress free, and has a great customer service department.

I used Fax.Plus once to send a fax to the IRS for my US LLC — straightforward, no complaints about the service itself. The problem is everything after.

When I tried to cancel, their system conveniently offers a hidden cheaper tier that isn't advertised anywhere on the main pricing page. That alone is a red flag — classic dark pattern designed to make you second-guess cancelling.

I went ahead and cancelled my $8.99/month subscription, yet I was charged again the following month. When I contacted support, the response was essentially: "read the policy, make sure you cancel properly, or we'll keep charging you." No apology, no refund, no acknowledgement that something might have gone wrong on their end.

If a SaaS company can't handle a simple billing dispute with good faith, I don't trust them with anything involving financial documents. Would not recommend — especially for anything IRS or legal-related where you need reliability.

The program stores frequently used numbers, records of sent faxes are easy to bring up.

The company is fraud, I paid for a month service and was only able to send one fax as it kept telling me to upgrade. I reached out to tech who at first didn't respond so I canceled, I got a response about 2 days before my service ended to log in, I was logged in and continued to get the same please upgrade. The rep confirmed my status was active and I should be able to but yet couldn't. They responded the next day that it should work now but sorry my service ended (they do their service down to the minute but also end it early claiming they end it a day early for UTC vs MST time zone, I am in pst and also there isn't 24 hr difference between the two time zones) regardless of ending early it never worked. The basic end response was in order to see if they fixed it I got to pay for another month, they then began to be rude and contradict themselves almost harassing me I found several reddit threads and social media stories with similar issues but somehow these people are able to skim reviews and look good while scamming people it's scary

Fax Plus is definitely your go-to fax for digital and on-the-go situations. The team is very supportive and available when needed.

The best fax i used ever!

Easy to use, dial a number, drop a pdf, and voila, fax is done minutes later.

I had an excellent experience with Fax.Plus! I cannot recall any significant problems. I started my subscription while handling family affairs. It was very convenient and affordable to have readily available faxing capability. I recommend Fax.Plus and would definitely use it in the future if the need arises.

Great to be able to fax securely from home. Customer support is great too. Had a problem over the weekend and they responded in ten minutes.

I reached out to Fax Plus support for several days and we've had multiple back and forths where Fax Plus is unable to tell me why they charged me and subsequently blocked additionaly faxes for 10,000 plus pages when our send/receive log shows a small fraction of that. When I asked what the charges were for or any audit log, they said "ask your users." From my perspective, they are building a business of fraudulent billing and they avoid providing answers.

Simply good and people that works here are respectful!

I paid $167.99 to be able to fax a very large document immediately from home. Fax.Plus only was able to successfully send 29 out of 76 pages in 40 minutes. I ended up having to go to Staples to have it sent successfully. And, Fax.Plus doesn't offer any kind of refund for poor service so I'm out that money for a service I'll never use again and had to spend more to get it done right somewhere else.

I don't think my fax ever went through, and I wasn't confident that it was secure. Interface was also confusing.

Horrible service.
Purchased the basic plan to send a fax and the fax failed and stated it was "too many pages". I upgraded to premium plan which is supposed to send 90 pages and 400 pages a month. Still wont send my file. Talked with customer service and they stated the file was too large and 100 pages. It is NOT 100 pages it is 50 but they kept saying "on our end it shows 100" which is nonsense. I asked for a refund of my $252.00 because I cannot send a fax like I am supposed to and they refuse even though I have tried sending this within 12 hours of purchasing the premium plan and not being able to send a single fax and they still refused.
DO NOT fall for this nonsense.

Wasn't sure if I would like or appreciate this service, but I was wrong. Simple to set up. Simple to use. Convenient and reliable. So much better than running to an office store and being charged an outrageous fee when I can fax from my computer.

I really don’t scan that often but when I do I usually need to do it right away and to look good. I do not have a land line and looked at a few phone faxing apps and found Fax.Plus. Fax.Plus was easy to download and use. I also added Scan.Plus to help with scanning items to fax.
