They cancelled my fax number without any prior notice — right when I was waiting to receive my company's EIN number. This is not just an inconvenience, it's a business-critical failure. I needed that number for official IRS correspondence and CocoFax simply pulled the rug from under me with zero warning.

When I contacted support, they were completely useless. No urgency, no accountability, no real solution offered. They didn't seem to care at all that their reckless service interruption had real consequences for my business.

Do NOT trust CocoFax for anything business-critical. They will cancel your number at will, leave you scrambling, and their support team won't lift a finger to help. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Total scam. Paid for a full Coco Fax package, but after a couple of months they started giving only half pages while still charging full price. Support replied once and then completely ignored me. They even showed a negative balance despite me having free pages left. Dishonest service, zero support, and a complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible app. Full of bugs. I tried to get a fax number which ended up being an error EVERY TIME.

Contacted customer support MUTIPLE TIMES about the problem and they do NOT give a solution. Of course they don't do refunds lol.

Horrible experience. The worst experience I've ever had in my entire life with an online product. Don't fall for these scammers.

Customer Service agent does not respond and also could not open any incoming or receiving faxes. Paid for a month and decided to cancel it earlier but they canceled even though I paid from 22 Aug - 21 Sep. The fax number is removed and on my dashboard, it says I could not fax even though I still have 26 pages left.

I cancelled my yearly subscription in time before the renewal period, yet was just charged again for another yearly subscription. Also, there is no way to remove your card/bank information once it is inputted. Don't use or trust this service.

I am unable to cancel the service. They keep billing me monthly and there is no customer service response at all. Stay AWAY!

Do not sign up with these scammers! I signed up for CocoFax based on positive reviews. The entire experience has been a terrible waste of my time and money. Every fax that was sent to me did not come though, it just resulted in an error message. I have reached out to them repeatedly to cancel my subscription and have received no response. I will probably just have to cancel my credit card, which is a massive inconvenience.
An absolute scam, no way to get a resolution to your issues or to actually contact anyone at the company.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Coco. The customer support was absolutely awful—slow responses, unhelpful agents, and no resolution to my issue. I expected much better service, and instead, I was left frustrated and ignored. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious if considering this service. Completely unacceptable!

Get a way from this side when you have some question it's does not have support team help you ,

It's a scam they aren't replying to my emails probably gonna report them for fraud

SCAM. CANT CANCEL. This is crazy, many emails and nothing. no where to call and no one answers

This is a scam, and they are likely using it to harvest sensitive information that can't normally be emailed. There are no humans to be reached. You cannot find out who owns the site. There is no email domain to contact. They charge through a third party with no customer service. You cannot unsubscribe.

I was lucky and apparently used a virtual card that could be destroyed because I do not trust people. CapitalOne was no help and insisted that I "resolve the issue through the vendor" but THERE IS NO NUMBER OR EMAIL OR PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO CONTACT!!

I tried canceling the subscription so many times but they never did. I never even used their service.

I have had CocoFax for two years. Loved it. But they have ZERO customer service. I am unable to retrieve faxes unless I’m physically at my computer. I used to get them emailed directly to my email. No more. I have emailed them for help repeatedly and have not had a response and there is no number to call.

This company does not have any support whatsoever. Stay away. Been trying to contact them for months and nothing.. They do not have a phone, don't respond emails and do NOT HAVE A FAX...

I've been trying to cancel my membership for the past 25 days, but they keep automatically renewing it without my consent. I've attempted to contact their sales and customer support teams multiple times, but they are not responding to my emails.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the last 3 days and have applied for cancellation multiple times but there's no response from the website. They told that their support team will contact me via mail but i have not recieved any email yet.
i think they will contact me after charging my credit card.

the worst part is they dont respond to reviews on trust pilot.

Their Customer Service Doesn't Exist! I have been trying to cancel my trial for over a week now and customer service never responds. With all the attempts I have made if they dare charge my credit card I will be reporting them for fraud!
