Don't buy if you have a balcony or roof terrace

Unknown to me you acted as agent for Keter who only deliver to front door and claim not to be insured for entry. I would not have bought it had I known. How am I supposed to get the thing up 4 floors when it weighs so much. Has no-one heard of oof terraces and balconies?

Vastaus yritykseltä favros.co.uk

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the delivery service. As mentioned in our previous communication, we’ve already forwarded your concerns and raised this issue directly with our supplier, Keter.

Please note that Keter arranges delivery through their chosen courier, and unfortunately, we don’t have control over their delivery procedures or insurance policies. We completely understand how inconvenient this must have been for you and truly regret the frustration it has caused.

Your feedback is valuable, and we’ve shared it with Keter to help improve their delivery experience for future customers.
