I raised a chargeback with Monzo however as the goods were dispatched a month after raising the dispute, the transaction is being reversed. The goods have arrived and are counterfeit!

Ordered month ago not arrived and nobody answering my emails. Avoid at all costs they are now trading as ukkit too....SCAMMERS

Same experience as others. Ordered a kit 6 weeks ago, never received the kit and never received a refund, with little or no communication even after sending emails each week.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Quality of the Liverpool home shirt is brilliant, can't argue with that. Delivery took a day longer than I'd hoped, but it was well-packaged when it did arrive.

Order placed 8 week ago. No response to any emails I sent. A scam of a company.

If I could give 0 stars I would! 8 weeks in, same issues as others have cited below. Dont believe the good reviews, or you roll the dice and hope to be one of the very few fortunate ones. No shirt, loads of excuses later - and I still have no shirt. Look this company up on the web - they’re a scam site! Be warned

I received no emails or updates. However the product arrived as advertised a the quality is very good. At the price point I can't complain. Some email updates would be helpful as I'd given up but I can't have any complaints about the jersey

Made a purchase 16 days ago. After reading the reviews here, I requested a refund via email within minutes of purchasing. Still not one single response. Terrible company, avoid at all costs

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered and paid for a football shirt, no replies to emails and no shirt either.
Best advice I can give to anyone in same situation us to instigate a chargeback through your bank. That way you should get your money back and if enough people do this the merchant might have their Visa and Mastercard authority removed meaning they can't take anyone else's money.

I ordered without seeing the reviews &was extremely worried, however I did get responses within a reasonable time, and the shirts came with in a good time for this type of company. The downside is they took my money for 4 shirts, 3 arrived when I queried the 4th they said it was out of stock and they seem hesitant to refund, they are promoting getting another shirt from.an alternative club....

After ordering had not heard from the company then i saw the reviews and became concerned, sent an email for an update.

Following the concern from the reviews I was surprised to get an update with a picture of the order and a tracking number.

And the product arrived shortly after and in great condition & and great quality.

Its a shame people have had such bad experiences but I would actually recommend them.

Order made on the 26th July and arrived on the 14th August.

They are con artists - avoid using them at all costs. I ordered a Blackburn Rovers away shirt, They sent a white shirt which looks like an England shirt, but isn't. They had crudely sewn on an England badge. That is not a Blackburn Rovers shirt. I complained and they had the gall to say that if I bought another shirt, they'd give me another one free. I asked for the shirt I had purchased to be sent or my money back. They have stopped communicating with me.

One star is even a reach should be 0 starts. Back in April I ordered two shirts and a pair of shorts. Eventually after nearly 7 weeks I received the shirts but no shorts. Chased it I they said they would resend. Few weeks later no shorts. I chased again and been sent a tracking number which isn’t showing anything and I keep asking for a refund just for the shorts and I get told to wait the item will arrive it’s now 4 months nearly and still have not received the shorts. Avoid!!!! Do NOT order from here!

So after waiting for a few days for my tracking reference number which I still have not received I thought it was the best idea for me to check up on the reviews on this company. After reading some of the reviews I was absolutely shocked and discussed by this company. People like me are waiting for their tracking number people like me has not had any emails back regarding their orders which by the way I did send them three emails and still waiting upon their reply to me. They are not a professional company that's even if
you call it that. Personally I call it the scam company. They take your money and they run no emails no contact no tracking number. It's absolutely disgusting how people can do this to one to another. Especially when a child is waiting for their tops to arrive. I honestly hope
this company gets shut down pretty fast because it's absolutely a disgrace for people whose works in that kind environment.! And If only I read the reviews before ordering anything from this company. I wouldn't be in the situation I'm in now being scammed!! So please do not order from this site like myself and others!

I wish I'd have come here first 😒😡 joke of a company. Still not got my shirts been over 3 weeks. No communication from my emails regarding my order other than the first confirmation email like everyone is stating. 2-7 days for processing..... fight for a refund. Wish I'd used my credit card!

I ordered 2 football shirts and im still waiting for them after 2 months. They ignore my emails and have not given me a refund despite my request. Dont waste your money

The worst company I have ever bought anything from. I was told for almost 2 months that it had been shipped when in reality the shirt I had ordered was out of stock. Never got my shirt or my money back. Genuinely the WORST customer service.

This is a scam company they take your money and no goods arrive. Steer clear

I have ordered some crystal Palace jerseys and I was told between 5 and 7 days it will be shipped....and I'll get my tracking number
I have tried to email them and there not responding and there are taking too long to even let me know when I'll get a tracking number or when they will ship my order .....I will wait but it seems to me that there not good at communicating with customers so that's why I have rated them one star because of long delays and communication
