Lovely boards, gear and people! Reuben was super helpful a few years ago with the choice of board and managing delivery of it to the Isle of Wight. Very approachable guys and will always buy again from them.

My board arrived within 2 days from the day I have placed my order. The board is excellent. The bag provided is very specious and I can easily fit in my towel and some extra stuff needed for my travels to the river or the sea. The customer service was very helpful and they answered all my questions straightaway. Finally, I was considering to purchase the electric pump but the one provided with the board is good for me. To pump the board will take around 6 minutes but you will need extra strength to do it. Great company and brilliant equipment reasonably priced. I would recommend them to everyone.

Product is fantastic and delivery was on time although one of plastic bits on fin broke the customer service I received was very quick and helpful would defiantly recommend and am also looking at getting another board

Received my Fatstick iSUP with speedy next-day delivery.
I struggled to get the large fin in, despite watching their easy video guide, so I called them up! Lovely guy answered immediately and helped over the phone. New fins can be really tight; little tap with the hammer the first couple of uses and now it pops in easily.
Been out twice already. I love it.
