I have returned an item, they have it and i have not been refunded after weeks. Nobdody gets back to emails either. Terrible

Recorded return and they didn’t refund or reply to my emails. Do not buy off them!

Ordered a dress to wear to a wedding. Order was late, tried to track via evri but postcodes didnt match. Checked i had put in the correct delivery address which I had. Next thing I know I got a notification to say evri had delivered my parcel but it never arrived to me. All I can think is that they have sent to someone elses address. Have sent emails with no response. Wish I had read reviews before ordering from them.

Never received clothes or response despite numerous attempts over email and social media.

Truly awful experience. Had to return item and have yet to receive refund despite tracking showing returned and signed for day after I sent it back. Zero response to emails and messages. Customer service is disgraceful. I have given 4 opportunities for them to respond to me and nothing. Hence this review. Seriously sort out your customer service - will never purchase from again.

I ordered from True Decadence a while ago and had some issues with delivery, so I was hesitant to try again. This time, everything went smoothly. The dress arrived on time and the quality feels much higher. Definitely an improvement!

Beautiful Dress, Slightly Long for Me

The design is stunning, and the fabric feels luxurious. I’m 5’4” and had to get the hem taken up, but once altered it looked amazing. Would definitely order again, just wish there were petite lengths available.

I ordered a dress and paid and an extra £8 for next day delivery. The dress did arrive the next day, however arrived faulty, in a disgraceful state and should never have been sent to a customer. I wish I could upload pictures. There are holes in the dress and uneven finishing of the tiered layers. I contacted them immediately via e-mail as per the instructions on the website and received an automated response stating they will be in touch within 5 working days. 8 working days later and I am still waiting a response. I have also contacted them via Instagram and Facebook but again, nothing. I will never order from them again.

Very bad service! I am trying to return an item since mid July, l have contact them in different ways (email, instagram) and nobody reply to me at all!

I bought a dress from them through ASOS a few weeks ago but unfortunately the dress was absolutely awful. Cheap itchy fabric with loose threads and terrible construction. Definitely not worth £165. I ordered a size larger than my regular and the fit was still awful.
I returned the item a few weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund or even an email to let me know they have received it. I have emailed multiple times but still haven’t heard from them. Definitely do not buy from here.

Terrible Serice unsure if this is even a ligit company? no phone number to contact anyone, ignore your emails, no confirmation from them as to whether they have recieved your returned item to start the waiting period of 14 business days for refund.

Still not recieved a refund or contact from themselves, to be charging not the cheapest for their items they customer service and ways of contact are appalling avoid at all costs.

The customer service is terrible, they don’t respond to your emails and they take long to refund your money back, I am still waiting.

I returned my parcel two weeks ago, and they have not refunded me. They have ignored my emails. Would never purchase from here again

They don't deserve any stars!

I've never quite known anything like it! They may as well not have any kind of customer services. Is this an actual "real" company? I can't help suspect that they are scammers with the way that they operate. For example, when you go to call the telephone number that shows on your bank statement against the transaction, it's a dead number!!!

Boycott at all costs... and save yourself the hassle and stress! Trading standards should be made aware of their appalling operations.

Absolutely shocking and disgraceful customer services!!!

1. No contact number can be found for this company - so a huge RED FLAG in itself.
2. You can only email and it took weeks each time an email was sent for them to reply.
3. The Sophia dress that I bought was not true to size despite my careful analysis, and it was a faulty cut and distorted at the breast/chest area.
4. They offer refunds but do not provide the documentation/returns labels in the packaging or online, or make it easy to access, the necessary documentation for this process, unlike most other companies.
5. Now the big one! Be cautious when it comes to refunds and returns. The note inside the packaging states that you must return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase. Typically, the countdown starts from the date you receive the item, not the order date. In this case, half of the return window may already be gone by the time the item arrives.
6. Unfortunately, I had to make a difficult decision whilst awaiting their response and due to the negative reviews here, along with the long delay in their replies, I was concerned about the risk of exceeding the return period. As a result, I returned the item myself and covered the postage to avoid any further risk of not receiving a refund.
7. They eventually sent me a return label via email, but it arrived too late, and well past the return period they enforce!
8. I kindly requested a reimbursement of the £9.95 postage costs that I incurred but am yet to receive any response, despite follow up emails.

What a disaster... I just can't believe companies such as this one are allowed to operate. They are borderline scammers. Despicable and simply wicked! So please do yourself a favour and "vote with your feet" to help eliminate them. Let's stand together as one.

I ordered from True Decadence for the first time, and I wish I did some research before. I almost thought that I was scammed since there was no way of contacting the company except by email, to which they were not responding as soon as I confirmed I will return my order. All of my emails were ignored for two weeks, and I thought that I will never be refunded. In the end, they did return the cost and replied, so do not get upset if you are in this situation. I hope the customer service is improved in the future.

The whole experience been an absolute nightmare. I have ordered a dress which isn't a cheap one. It came, terrible quality and smelling of fish.. I have returned, paid for postage, have a proof of delivery but no notification, no refund, no contact with customer service as they just ignoring all the emails. Looking at other reviews I'm surprised this business is still operating.. Avoid at all cost!!

Very bad taking money and giving inappropriate low quality less than 100rs ones and not responding to emails and no phone service to call them. Cheating fraud

Ordered a dress I'm a size 10 I ordered a 12 but even that was tight in the waist. The dress has been returned but no refund issued as of yet and no communication or reply for my 3 e-mail.
Lovely dress wont be ordering again.
