I was kept up todate with the status of my order which was slightly delayed because of covid. I was told when delivery was expected and the board duly arrived on time even to the Scottish Highlands !!

Really pleased with my Pink Panther board and the service. I knew when I ordered it was on back order so was ready for the wait. I had an email to say when to expect delivery and it arrived when they said it would.
On the day it arrived I had a small query so I sent an email. I was really pleased to get a really quick response, especially as it was on a Saturday. Problem was solved.
I have not yet had the chance to go out on my board so I can't comment on what it is like on the water but service from Fatstick was great, and I got to plant a tree. Thanks Fatstick.

Ordered a touring board on back order. This arrived before the expected date which was nice. Well protected parcel and the board really is lovely- cool design, all the bits you need and a stylish silver wheeled carry bag with plenty of room and good straps. The paddle is very good with a large nylon blade and weighs about 900g. I have used the SUP & pump and within 10 mins I was ready to go. Glides beautifully and the many straps make it easy to carry. The owner was good at keeping in touch.

My first SUP board, so happy when it arrived. Bit of a wait after the madness of a sold out summer for boards. Came well packaged and set it up straight away, used the YouTube video as didn’t want to get anything wrong. Was easy straight forward and looks great, went straight out on water following day, it didn’t disappoint stable, travelled 5miles on local broad. Easy to pack back up and carry. Been out every week glorious mornings and not crowded on the water, going to paddle year round. One super happy customer.

Paddle board delivered promptly. Very happy with the package, not only is it a beautiful design every component is well made and solid. Really happy with my choice.

Due to demand I had to buy on a pre sell. I only needed to contact them once to double check on delivery dates due and got a response extremely quickly explaining there was an additional delay at the port but gave me the new dates and true to their word my new board arrived on time 👍🏼👍🏼

Purchased on back order , kept informed throughout and prompt well packaged delivery once in stock. Not disappointed with the board or accessories. Purchased as a gift for my wife , going to have to save for one for myself now . Would highly recommend based on the service and the product. Perfect.

Cant fault these guys at all. From first enquiring to having the board actually delivered I couldn't be happier with the service. Board arrived when I expected it to, clearly well made and absolutely solid all round boards. I took it out on its maiden voyage the day after, the kit that comes with the board ie the pump, the bag and the paddle are all just as good quality. Absolutely buzzing to be part of the family and looking forward to potentially adding a second board in the next couple of years!

Fatstick boards are an excellent company to buy from. I’m really happy with the product itself which arrived earlier than expected. There are great videos on their Instagram page for beginners learning how to set the board up for the first time which have been very helpful. The staff have also been so friendly and knowledgeable when I’ve messaged them asking for advice. Their brand just has a real feel good vibe to it which really comes through on their Instagram page .

Had very polite email explaining delay in delivery. Then my board came exactly when I was told it would !
I’m very happy with the quality and the look of my board and the service has been friendly and efficient ❤️
