I would like to give a top score here because the quality, fit and look of this brand is fantastic. Only issues are the things you want are never in stock when they are it's not for long then when you do order they use Yodel who are the worse service ever. My heart sinks every time I see a yodel tracking and it's justified because out the many deliveries through people I had no idea use Yodel or I wouldn't order have gone missing. Useless outfit yodel yet another parcel stolen and this is just about sold out raging yet again. I'll use a similar brand when I get my refund least I know they don't use Yodel

Website does not disclose anywhere that these linen pants are dry clean only. I received them only to find out after looking inside that they are dry clean only. Same blend several other major brands that give care instructions that are not dry clean only. I just assumed these were the same.

I’d probably just gamble it and wash cold and tumble dry low but they’re also VERY tight for a 32. I upsized from my normal 31 to give a little room to carry, but they’re just too tight. I unfortunately like an idiot had already taken the tags off.

Quality of the pants them selves seems fantastic. But this was a flop for me.

Bought many items now from father and sons to Canada, they arrive super quick and the quality is amazing,

£4.99 to go and collect from a Mailbox 5 miles from my house.. what a load of rubbish..!!

Ordered some swim shorts from here as a gift for a friend, i ordered them to impost for collection and totally forgot about them, my fault to be fair. You did have to collect by a certain date and the date had passed when I remembered.

I emailed support, they was very helpful to say the least, I explained what I had done and said it was my fault but is there anything we can do.

On my reply they contacted the impost company as the clothing had gone back to there depot, traceability was executed to perfection and due to this they asked me did I want a refund or the order sent out again to me, I explained this was a gift and they sent the order again with in 48 hours I received this order.

Couldn’t be happier with the service and support they provided.

Material was cheap compared to similar shirts I have bought in the past from this site.

My initial experience with Father & Sons customer service was disappointing because I sent two emails requesting assistance and did not receive a response for over two weeks. I was seeking help verifying merchandise that I believed was being fraudulently sold using the Father & Sons name, branding, logos, models, and product images.

However, Father & Sons has now responded and is willing to assist me with my claim by providing a formal letter to support my dispute with Wells Fargo. I appreciate that they are taking the matter seriously and are willing to help provide the documentation needed for the investigation.

Long story short. I made a purchase order was lost in transit contacted customer support was very helpful. After received a text message of a mobile of a gentleman. Without going into details he basically put everything good with a nice few gifts on top. These guys have always been bang on over the years above and beyond service is outstanding. Quality of clothing the best in the game. Custom service/care exceptional

I have been buying clothes from Father sons for quite a while now and im never disappointed with the quality, style, value and service. Whenever I go out the clothes always draw attention for looking stylish and well made. I have only had to exchange two items over the years and the customer service was superb. Father sons is always my go to brand these days and by far the best make of clothes for guys who train.

After placing probably my 7th order… none of which have caused a problem before… i placed an order over 2 weeks ago. I had a confirmation and email from InPost about my delivery. That’s the last I have heard. I have sent F&S customer services 3 emails now… the first one over a week ago… nothing!!! Not even an acknowledgment. A business I have spent considerable amounts with will not get any more business from me. I still want my missing order or my £100+ back but starting to feel Ive been scammed.
