The sales assistant, Issey, was very kind and helpful in finding the right size, colour and style to suit me. I recommend shopping at Fatface, especially if you can be served by Issey.

Helpful staff!
A big thank you to the lovely Issey who helped me when I was last in the shop. I was struggling to find the top I wanted in my size. Not only did she order it to the store for me but she also pointed out similar items I may like. Very helpful and a very friendly girl.

Beautiful dungarees!
So pleased with the dungarees that I purchased. The fabric is beautifully soft and the fit is fantastic. The website was super easy to navigate and delivery was quick. I ordered them to be delivered to the Tavistock branch and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The icing on the cake was that the dungarees were in the sale so the price was excellent!

Outstanding Service
OMG was treated like a queen in the shop by a lady called Vicky, she was outstanding and was very complimentary on me when I was trying things on and nothing was too much trouble.
She went way and beyond and would recommend this store to anyone visiting the area.

Kind and friendly staff
Mum and myself are regular visitors to the Tavistock Devon store, vikki the store manager, Lauren the asst manager and jazz store sales advisor are always so friendly and amenable. I recently had to return a hoodie due to a fault and Vikki was so helpful, on the day I returned the item Lauren and Jazz served me and couldn't be kinder and helpful. Also my small dog is welcome in the store and the girls are so friendly.
We visit once maybe twice a week, and the go above and beyond.
