What lovely staff
We visited with our dog. Issey was serving us and was really helpful. She assisted us and ordered items for delivery. Very polite and served us with a smile. A colleague of hers then came through having seen the dog on CCTV. She clearly loves dogs and gave her a dog treat. It was so lovely to have two very pleasant staff look after us whilst we were there.

The perfect team
I popped in today to see if I could find a dress for a work do Christmas party and after some encouragement and help from Vicky I found a beautiful dress that I feel really good in. It's not something I would have chosen for myself but once again Vicky gave me the confidence to try it on and I'm so glad I did! She is always incredibly kind, supportive and beyond helpful.
Also I have to mention Jas, she helped me to believe the dress was perfect for me and is always so friendly, smiley and helpful.
Sadly I didn't get to see Lauren today but I also have to mention how lovely and kind she is every time I shop.
We are so lucky in Tavistock to have such an amazing team in store, everyone is also so so kind and they go above and beyond for me every time.

Love Fat Face, sizes always true, never had a bad experience with staff and clothes good value. Quality generally very good and always comfortable. Good experience wether in store or online.

A very specific new wardrobe.
I hate shopping and found myself needing an entire new wardrobe for my next adventure which has specific clothing requirements. I went to Fatface in Tavistock and spent THE BEST two hours trying on almost everything in the shop. Vicky, Harry and Jazz were so helpful - putting outfits together, making suggestions, checking for more things out back, ordering long length trousers and generally just being so very lovely. We all laughed so hard and I came away feeling like a million dollars with all the clothes I needed. Honestly the best afternoon shopping I’ve ever had. Thankyou.

Pricey but good quality. (Sales bargains)
Just bought sandals in a sales online, got them delivered to my local Fat Face shot to avoid the delivery. Had a look around, the prices are on the high side even though the quality is good. You can get some great deals with the sale items. I order 2 sizes as I had not had foot wear from FF before and needed to return one. To complicate matters I paid with a online gift card. But it went very smoothly and the staff in the store were very helpful and friendly

Quality clothing…
Both the trousers I bought were just great. They are soft and comfortable and a perfect fit. I really love the quality of Fatface. Everything washes so well and carries on looking lovely for a very long time.
