Star performers!
FatFace is my go to for most of my clothing! I love the feel of the shops, which are well laid out; your staff are always cheerful and friendly; and your clothes are lively and fit so well.
I’ve bought a number of items recently, and your folk at Edinburgh George St and at North Berwick are so good! Very well done.

System Error but Customer pays the Price!
My order was refunded despite never receiving an email or text to say it had arrived in store. A system error apparently. Unfortunately for me I missed out on my 20% discount as a result. Back to full price!! Not impressed with customer service response. The discount should have been honoured as it was a FatFace error…

Hi there. I am sorry to hear this. We can see from your order that the 20% was taken at the final checkout before the order was sent to store, so you did indeed purchase the items at the discounted price. Should you need any further assistance regarding this however, please write to us at customerservices@fatface.com - RS

Excellent customer service post sale
Purchased few items online, delivery was prompt, and products of the quality expected. I had to return a pair of shoes (size too big) and the staff at the shop were really lovely and fuss free.

Change your software for PayPal returns…
Change your software for PayPal returns in store and also get your store renovated in Edinburgh George street as metal is falling apart.
I had paid for my item in full and I even informed staff and manager about it been fully paid but they said I can’t return in store. Also my new top got worn due to metal on your till broken which was sello-taped and taped was pealed. If you are charging good money for clothes, you might as well get your shop till repaired.
