The most amazing therapy!!!
I've been a client of both Mark and Adam for the past 8 weeks and I would highly recommend them both. They have used various therapies havening, hypnosis and EFT which has helped me enormously with major emotional traumas such as the loss of my dad, heartbreaking divorce and difficult family issues. It's unbelievable how far I have come in such a short time. I cannot thank you both enough for giving me my life back pain free. I am now eating and sleeping normally again with a future to look forward too.

Amazing experience and very thorough
Had a 1 hour therapy and hypnosis session with Adam, went in quite sceptical but with an open mind , but I got say was an amazing experience, I'd been struggling with the death of my father last year and it has helped me let go of the grief I feel more at peace with myself and a lot calmer ,also I've always struggled with my fluctuating weight and the hypnosis was brilliant, I would highly recommend anybody in all walks of life that are struggling with thoughts from past to give it a go ,it really helps ,they also follow up on the after care , thanks Adam

I have received Havening.
The latest session being hypnotised with a gastric band.
I hace been stuck in a horrible rut with food eating fast food, feeling depressed and sluggish and extra weight.
Since I have received this I am eating healthy choices dropping weight and feeling alot more energetic I am really shocked by how this has worked.
