Mark was my therapist at Faster Therapy, and he helped me resolve my sleeping difficulties after the first consultation. With his advice on the way of breathing, diet, daily routine, things to do before going to bed, etc.

I don't need to take sleeping medication anymore(was on the Boots sleeping medication for 15 days before speaking to Mark)!!!

I had mark for 2 hours and he worked with me and cured my issue with picking my toenails and feet! I have never been able to stop but it’s now completely gone would recommend highly! Amazing results game changer for me

I never believe that is actually hypnosis is working till I found my way to discover myself and find a guide of hypnosis book witch after I read a completely change my mind and by one search for courses I find this amazing team . Adam is a healer and a very good one. I have done havening with him prior and this time we used hypnosis and focused on some serious demons. The session uncovered some new memories that I must have pushed far down as well as some new visions to allow me to heal. I found the session to be very powerful to say the least. Highly recommend Adam as he has a natural intuition for healing as well as how to preoprly lead someone to the water.

I have been suffering from anxiety and emotional trauma for the last several years. Adam is caring, compassionate and genuinely interested in your well-being. He’s explained how your mind works and the processes involved. Over 45 minutes, I was able to let go of the anxiety, pain, negative emotions I had carried around for years. I felt such a release and now feel energised with a positive outlook on my life. The session has helped me and would recommend anyone who has spent years in counselling to give this a try.

Adam was really professional and calming. I have been struggling with my own demons for a while especially with my anxiety and prior traumas and Adam is teaching me to let go. As I realised I was pushing all my emotions down and not facing them. After one session I was able to go for a meal with friends. I haven’t been able to do that in months. If you are thinking about having sessions I would definitely do it. Working on yourself before anything else. Adam is really down to earth and is easy to connect with.
