From the first approach to your company…
From the first approach to your company I was treated politely and respecfully, I came to represent a Charity I volunteer for, I knew what I wanted but was unsure how to get it. Using the online design tool was easy…
Using the online design tool was easy and effective. The Pens arrived really fast and just as I wanted them.
There's a few pens in the first box that aren't retracting when you try and press the button, so I've taken off a star. fingers crossed there is only a few!

The pens are nice
The pens are nice, they arrived fast, my only issue is the logo is so small you can't really see what it says. As these were purchased for an event we didn't have a choice but to use them but I wouldn't purchase from Fast Pens again.

Vastaus yritykseltä Fast Pens
Hi Deborah,
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your review regarding your recent order with Fastpens.
Following your conversation with our Customer Service Team, we completely understand your concerns about the size of the print on your pen. We’d like to clarify that the original design was based on the artwork you approved before placing your order. We appreciate that you were expecting a larger print, and we’re glad we could work with you to adjust it.
To ensure your satisfaction, a new draft design at a larger size has now been uploaded to your online account for your review. Our team is always here to help, so if you need any further assistance or would like to make any additional changes, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
We truly value your feedback as it helps us continue to improve our service, and we hope you’re happy with the updated design!
Kind regards,
Fastpens
