Vastaus yritykseltä Fast Pens
Hi Luke,
Many thanks for taking the time to write a review regarding your recent order with Fast-Pens. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback.
Following receipt of your review, we have taken the opportunity to look into your order and the artwork submitted in further detail.
Having reviewed the order history, we can confirm that the order was produced in accordance with the artwork and specifications that were submitted and approved during the online ordering process.
When placing an order through our website, there are several stages throughout the ordering process where the customer is able to review the design and make any necessary amendments before proceeding. The artwork is displayed for approval, and the order cannot progress to production until the design has been reviewed and approved by the customer.
We have checked the details associated with your order and can confirm that the design submitted through the website was approved during the ordering process. This approval was then used as the final artwork for production.
As a result, our production team manufactured the order based on the artwork that had been approved at the point the order was placed. We are therefore unable to identify any discrepancy between the artwork approved online and the artwork that was subsequently used for production.
We fully understand that, on receiving the finished products, the result may not always appear as expected, which is why we have taken the time to review the order and the approval process carefully. However, based on the information and order records available to us, we can confirm that the products were manufactured in accordance with the design that was submitted and approved.
We hope this provides some further clarification regarding how your order was processed and why the artwork was produced as it was.
We do, of course, appreciate your feedback and are always happy to assist if you have any questions regarding the ordering or artwork approval process.
Kind regards,
Fast-pens

Awesome personal Customer Service
When FedEx apparently stole my order by claiming I has signed for it when our CCTV shows no delivery was made and the signature claimed used the wrong initial. FedEx eventually admitted to 'losing' the pens. Meantime Fast Pens replaced the order the following day. Can't fault their customer service and it was great to ba able to speak to a real human over the phone without going through AI. Will definately use again.
