I recently ordered from Nose and Notes (fashionscents.dk), and I couldn’t be happier! As someone living in the UK, I was a bit skeptical at first, but they are completely legit and official retailers of genuine fragrances for both men and women. The delivery was impressively fast and absolutely smooth, with no issues at all. Their support team and email communication were spot on throughout the entire process, keeping me well-informed and reassured. I’m thrilled with my experience and will definitely keep buying from them in the future. Highly recommended!

Shipping to UK says 2-5 days but has been nearly 2 weeks and still haven’t received package. Company support have been decent at providing updates when asked but still not good enough.

Hi Scott

We completely understand your frustration. Our usual delivery time to the UK is 2–5 business days, but in this case, there was a temporary issue where the UK wasn't accepting certain international parcels due to trade restrictions. This unfortunately caused delays that were out of our hands, and we’re really sorry it affected your experience.

I can see that your order was delivered earlier this week.

We always do our best to communicate clearly and provide updates along the way when issues like this arise, as we did with you. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
