Notes Arvostelua 

I ordered toskovat last birthday cake and accidentally entered the wrong address. I immediately clicked request cancellation and texted the support twice i have YET to get an update OR even a response from this shop. I have ordered some toskovats decants before and they were amazing and everything was a 10/10 so im pretty upset but until I get a response or reply and get it figured out I will have to give it this rating (order number 8338)

Jeg kommer til at vende tilbage igen og igen; her finder man dufte, som ikke mange i Danmark har været modige nok til at føre. Udvalget beviser, at de har god smag; jeg bestiller ofte flere ad gangen og har følt mig helt tryg i deres hænder. Der er altid prøver med, der får mig til at forelske mig i endnu flere smukke parfumer; jeg gav gerne endnu flere stjerner. Tak for god service.

Extrem lange Lieferzeiten, Händler antwortet bei Nachfrage nicht und es wird falscher Warenbestand angegeben. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Lækker butik med spændende niche-brands. Klart et besøg værd! Rasmus er super venlig og hjælpsom. Fik prøver med hjem fra butikken og bestilte derefter en parfume online som hurtigt blev sendt hjem til mig. Jeg ønsker Rasmus rigtig meget held og lykke med butikken og vil fremover købe mine niche-brands hos ham :)

My package was supposed to arrive on the 7/7 and it never arrived. I tried to contact the seller multiple times but no answer and no info. Really disappointed.

Never got my order. Customer service never answered my emails sent over a duration of a month. Had to file a dispute with my bank to get the money back.

Unfortunately, it hasn't arrived yet. I also sent an email to inquire about it, but I haven't received a response.

I was travelling and unable to pick up my package. I asked them to resend my order or at lest refund me and they completely ignored me. There's been 1.5 months with no contact whatsoever

Order #5759 - I deleted my previous review as I have now received it. I ordered City Rhythms Marthas Vineyard. However I received my order today. I have ordered before online with Nose&Notes and spent over £800 and loved all 4 of the fragrances I bought. But this one there has to be something wrong with the batch, it smells like nothing, theres barely a smell to it. It smells nothing like the sample I have smelt before. I have checked online comments and people have said the same, i'm not sure if there is something wrong with the new batches but theres barely any smell. Theres no coconut no vanilla no nothing. The bottle I received was ice cold, there is no way this fragrance is supposed to smell like this. I have put in a return request. If you are able to exchnage it but smell it before you send it out or just refund me. I'm very disappointed with the long delivery times and now this

I recently ordered toskovat - forlorn embers and black reigns for my friends birthday,

Arrived promptly and with tracking sent however the presentation box was badly damaged and ripped in place.
I reached out to their email and their Instagram but have not received a reply on either.

Even just a reply about what happened would be great and have found the customer service to be completely absent which is a shame because it seemed like a really nice small independent shop

Jeg kom ind i den fysiske butik med henblik på at finde fødselsdags ønsker, men gik derfra med en vanvittig god parfume. kundeservice er helt i top, og yderst kompetent personale, der er meget engageret i deres arbejde og gør alt i deres magt for at man får en fantastisk oplevelse.
Når man er i butikken, føler man sig ikke presset til at skulle købe noget, men mere til at blive inspireret.
