Old fashioned real service!
Within 30 minutes of making a booking I presented myself at a busy workshop and left the car. I received a call advising me my other front tyre was nearing 1.6 mm and was asked if if wanted it changed. I knew this was a true reflection of the tyres condition. Every step was courteous right up to and including picked the car up an hour and fifteen later. Thank you!

Used website & selected, booked and paid for a tyre fitting at local centre.
I then received a phone call from the technician at the centre informing that the tyres I ordered, were not actually available anywhere within the company.
So in my first experience using Farmer auto care, I have:-
1. Been sold items that are not in stock
2. Had to reschedule a booking
3. I am now paying £80 more, for tyres that are physically in stock.
Only saving grace is that the local service technician was very quick in contacting me via telephone call.
Do not use website, call local centre for accurate quote.

Don't waste your time!
I made an appointment for a car service and was told that it would be ready around lunchtime. We headed back at 12:45 only to find the car was exactly where we parked. It hadn't even been started as they were waiting for a ramp to be free. They obviously overbook and the staff couldn't have cared less muttering something about there being 7 cars in front! Complete waste of our time! Will never use again!

Good service in branch but online…
Good service in branch but online booking system needs improved. Booked car in and prepaid tyre and was advised to attend between 12 and 4, arrived around 1.30 to be told fitter was on lunch and to come back in an hour! This should be advised at time of booking. Went back and then found out tyre was wrong size for my car, this was again the tyre that came up online when I entered car reg. Right tyre eventually fitted at extra cost so be careful using online ordering.

From the outset when I parked my car the afternoon before MOT Ryan Manager at Telford rd was courteous and communicative. He called me after MOT as promised around 0930am and told me my car had passed with one advisory a nail spotted by eagle eyed tester Pawel and subsequently I picked car up and again Ryan said nail had not penetrated and no repair was needed. My Van goes in in a fortnight and I look forward to the highly professional and courteous service of Ryan Pawel and any other staff who may be involved as trust goes a long way in this industry.
