was greeted great on entrance to business with Billy and took my keys and filled in the job card to make sure he had the right details . Mot was carried out with Brian i think thats how you spell his name . watched him for a while ,He done a good job as am due a taxi test soon . service from start to finish was really good . thats why i keep using Farmers .

Easy to use online ordering and booking system with good discount on premium tyres. Friendly and professional technicians. I had two tyres replaced and wheel alignment adjusted. I would definitely recommend using Farmers.

My son had a puncture and it was easy and quick to book an appointment to get a new tyre fitted on the same day. Staff were very friendly and efficient so I popped to the shops for an hour while they replaced the tyre

This branch is not honest anymore,I did Mot and full service from there they miss my engine cover and they said it was not there before, they don’t except there fault and they blame everything to me very bad service, check your car before giving to them, Very unfaithful, in unreasonable

The booking process was really easy, booked in to get a service and mot. The staff were brilliant, phoned me to let me know what issues the car had, how much it'd cost and if I wanted them to go ahead and fix it. They got the work done the same day.

Excellent customer service from a friendly team - super quick as well.

Dropped my car off for a service and oil change, got a call less than an hour later to tell me that they had taken my car out for a drive (which I wasn’t told that they would do) and had a collision with another vehicle.

Which has resulted in body work damage and broken parking sensors, for which I am now left with the process of arranging to repair.

Great experience on my visit to get a tyre checked out after it being very flat. I carried out the booking online and had a tyre in my basket ready to be told that a new one would be required. However, it was only the valve that was leaking air so after a quick repair i was on my way.
Manager and staff were very friendly and i was seen to straight away when I arrived.

I had booked online and unfortunately booked the wrong tyres, mostly to do with the layout on the screen as I entered my Reg and it brought up the tyres I ordered so that’s why I got them but when I arrived they advised me of this, the guy who served me was really helpful and knowledgeable.
I had to return due to my wheel nut lock being lost within my car, again the guy who served me was really helpful on both occasions.
