Professional service, kind personnel, strong recommended

Jacqui was really nice and helpful but the property just wasn’t quite right for me. I hope I can find something with an agent as helpful though!

Excellent experience, great communication and a lovely agent who showed us round.

The agent was very friendly and professional.

excellent customer service and promptly replies. most easy agency I've ever dealt with.

Had some teething problems with the property after just moving in but they were rectified as quickly as possible.

Excellent service the women that showed us the property was very nice an extremely professional and made the viewing very pleasant

Was shown around the property with professionalism and attention to detail.

Tammy also had the foresight to suggest other properties that matched our criteria.

Tammy showed me some of Farefield properties recently, all of which were fine. She was courtious and knowledgeable on them and the surrounding areas and was able to give me the information needed to make an informed decision.

Would recommend Farefield to anyone looking for accommodation in the Worcester area

Very helpful doing the viewing answering any questions I asked to the best of her ability

All my questions were answered and the rep knew what I was looking for.I will definitely be renting from them

Tammy was Very personable, informative and disseminated all the right information I needed to make a decision. There was even time during the viewing to discuss figures for potentially moving in .
She put me at ease and went over the remit of her role to help me potentially make some well informed choices.
Excellent property promoter for the company. ✅

Tammy our estate agent was excellent, she answered all of our questions brilliantly. Not only that, she also went above and beyond in showing us another property we had not booked to see there and then.

Extremely good service.

As a whole they have been really good and prompt with issues so far. Tammy who showed us round is amazing and made the process so easy

I'm Good communication very informative and polite and very professional viewing
