Special thanks to Tammy and Angela.. totally profesional and pure genuine girls.... its all about trust and anyone looking to rent a property would do well to heed my advice... Ive never rented before but they took all the stress out of the whole process.. I would recomend this service to anyone who asks... Now stop stalling and go get yourself a home. I love my little flat.... Im home

We recently moved into a property to rent through Fairfield estates.
Moving house can be so stressful but they are fantastic at making it as smooth as possible.
Tammy - absolutely fabulous as front of house for the company. She has the charm and humour to make viewing properties a little less painful.
The office people have been quick and efficient at answering any questions we have had.
There have been a few snags along the way but they have been resolved almost immediately. A special thanks to Robert for that :)

Exceptional, really good expertise.

Very lovely and professional agent. Highly recommend.

Viewing easily arranged and agent was helpful.

They offered us an easy and non stressful service. Friendly, helpful, respectul and professional staff. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you all and specially to Jacqui and Angela that dealt with us mainly.

Jackie was very helpful in our viewings of the properties.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly and extremely efficient. Tammy arrived early at the location and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy process from start to finish with friendly helpful staff.

The representative was at the property in good time for the viewing and was able to show me all of the rooms in a positive way. They reviewed all of the costs that would be involved and even gave suggestions of how to best use the spaces in the rooms. They were available and able to answer all of my questions both during and after the viewing and have been very supportive.

Fairfield estate have been courteous in all their responce to our telephone calls and have sent when necessary a very efficent engineer to rectify our problems that have been found within the property, acting for the owner who is absent.

We had quite a few bad experiences with other agents.
Farefield were a delight!
Tammy was fab. She went above and beyond to help and support us...checking up on us with text messages over weekend and evenings...nothing was too much trouble.
Angela was also a star! Forever patient at the end of the phone. Above and beyond support and advice.
Highly recommend. Lots of compassion...makes a change to deal with real people.

We have been looking for somewhere to rent for over a year, and we found the perfect house in the best location with Farefield estates.

Tammy made the viewing pleasant and answered any questions I had, with good knowledge.
After looking at other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one who thought Tammy is a great Lettings agent. She is definitely worth her weight in gold.

Good service, really prompt at getting my application through. Good communication - job well done! Thank you!

Jacqui, made the whole process painless with her helpful and friendly manner. We would definitely let through them again.

As a long term tenant with Farefield I found the staff very helpful - maintenance problems were always promptly dealt with. Competitive prices for the area. Highly recommended.

Farefield Estates continue time and time again to look after me. I have been renting with these lovely people for 2 years almost and don't intend to leave them any time soon. Recently we lost my nan, and in the week that she was unwell I asked if I could park my car outside my property (I didn't have a permit as parked elsewhere) to make it easier if I was called overnight. Carly made it possible for me to pay for one month of parking which really did make it easier when I was called in.

It's not only this, but any time I have a concern, I never feel afraid to call or email them.

The flats are clean and spacious, and any maintenance issues are fixed very quickly!

If you are considering renting with them, definitely do. You won't regret it 😊 x

Very nice viewing. Very friendly greeting and helpful with great information of the flat and the area.

Farefields have been polite and helpful in my search for a property. Jacqui is a very friendly agent who went the extra mile to make sure I got the property I was looking for. Great company to work with. Thank you!!
