Had two viewings with farefield, both incredibly professional buildings with knowledgable agents. Reserved one property on the day of viewing and started the process to approve rental. Very clear about the costs throughout and what I would need to sort and pay. I had issues with my employment but Zoe in the admin team kept me informed regularly of updates and replied swiftly to any queries.

Unfortunately I couldn't take the room I reserved with them because of my dad's tragic death due to car accident. I had to travel back to my home country in Hungary and I really needed every penny to provide a decent funeral for him. It was an unexpected situation and they have refused to give me back the 92 pounds I payed in advance for room secure. I was expecting some understanding and emphaty from them but they insisted to keep my money. Disappointing experience with unhelpful officer.

We have had a brilliant experience with Fairfield Group. We found a house that we wanted to rent, and I contacted the office and spoke to Zoe. Zoe was so supportive all the way through and her communication was excellent. She explained each step so clearly and got everything sorted for us in a quick time span. I was really anxious during the process as we wanted to be successful so much in order to secure our children's school places. Zoe listened, was patient and empathetic towards our situation. She took everything on board and ensured that we were supported all the way through. We were accepted and cant wait to move in! Brilliant letting agent all round, would definitely recommend!

I have recently signed a tenancy agreement through Farefield - My main point of contacts have been Jake, Anna and Charlotte who have all been amazing. I have also spoke with other staff members on the phone who have been so helpful. The process was so quick and efficient, no faults.
I have been looking for a property for over 12months but unfortunately had never made the cut as a single mum with three children. The fact Farefield let you reserve a property and then apply instead of being the pick of a bunch has been amazing and I am very grateful.

The application process has been great. We had some delayes getting hold of some paperwork for the application and the staff was very patient and understanding while we got it sorted.

Me and my partner viewed a property to rent and Tammy and Hannah were friendly and helpful. So far our experience has been pleasant.

Landlords beware. We had a viewing cancelled by text at short notice due to company policy of accepting first come first served on a rental. In such a dynamic market the landlords interests are best served when they can consider multiple bids. ( we were planning to offer significantly over the PCM amount (plus a 6 month upfront payment) It’s madness when he market is so hot to be first served basis. I hope the landlord/owners realize. It’s unprofessional and lazy to cancel viewings on a first bid. I understand not accepting appointments if fully booked. House rental is not a line for Mac Donald’s. Bit more effort and work could present competition and best bids and choice for the landlord.

The viewing went smoothly and they were very helpful with completing the application. They have been mostly quick at responding to emails. Friendly to deal with!

Prompt response to our enquiry regarding a rental property. Arranging the viewing was straightforward. Once an appointment has been booked we received regular text reminders of the viewing appointment? Chris contacted us to let us know that he would be conducting the viewing and kept us fully informed. He was very proactive and efficient, he showed us round and was very personable and helpful, answering all of our questions. He was well prepared with all of the necessary paperwork. Anna then contacted us to request the required evidence and explain what happens next. She kept us well informed at each stage of the process. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Farefield Estates as a letting agent based on our experience.
