Farebubble Arvostelua

I have used Farebubble twice for booking flights. They have very reasonable prices and they have had good follow up and communication to make sure the booking is processed and confirmed.

El servicio la disponibilidad y la opciones de gran satisfacción el Sr. José Manuel es un persona muy paciente y servicial y educado muchas gracias por su ayuda dios los bendiga

The agent was very patient n got back to me as promised!

I purchased tickets for Delta flights through Farebubble. Everything was fine, but when I had to make a change to my flight, I spoke to a representative in Delhi, India who could not help me. He told me to contact Delta. I did and they couldn't help, I had to go through the on line agency. Since they are on the other side of the world, I could not get through on a call ever again. I e-mailed them and called Delta back. Delta told me the ticket was booked through Fiji Airways!!! I called them, they couldn't help. I finally got a response by e-mail from Farebubble and though my issue was finally resolved. BUT they messed my reservation up COMPLETELY!!!! They did not cancel one of the travellers, they changed the date of departure for both people even though one of them was no longer traveling! Now I am on hold with Delta for the 5th time (waiting 40 minutes, this time) to see if I can get the original flight back! What a mess!!!

David Johnson was very helpful and made the process easy. Thank you

Juan Carlos waS very helpful!!! eTickets were received and we are all set to travel.

David Johnson was helpful in confirming my booking and providing all needed information. Great price and great customer service.

It went smoothly. Had to check junk mail to find tickets. Got the tickets for a good price.

Juan Carlos was a great with assisting with all my ticket request and securing flights for 6 family members. Excellent service

Very nice job… the customer service is the best…..

Very hard to get into contact with. However, very good prices if you do manage to get into contact.

Price was better than quoted. Thanks

David Johnson was extremely helpful with our booking. I would go to him again.

Excellent service, had an issue with reservation, was resolved immediately

They have really low rates, and good customer support but it takes a few days before they process your request and send you a ticket and confirmation number.

Everything was good. Thank you

Agreed this is a scam. Email bounced, no answer on phone. Watch your account carefully. I’m canceling my card because of them.
