Good quality! Happy with the purchase

Mijn kat is heel blij met deze krabpaal. Ze speelt erop, slaapt erop en zit graag bovenin. Het was makkelijk om in elkaar te zetten en het staat stevig. Een aanrader!

The materials feel luxurious and durable, and the thoughtful design ensures that dogs of all sizes can relax in total comfort. Highly recommended!

Love the materiaal feels and looks nice. So many colors to choose from love it! My dog didn't use it in the beginning. But now he loves it. His own little spot 😃

Ongelooflijke kwaliteit van de stof. Onze huisdieren (Maine Coon en Chow Chow) genieten met volle teugen van de manden. Zeer mooie design waardoor het ook mooi blend in ons interieur

Very excited about the dog basket !

After placing my order, I received it quickly at home which is always nice.

The website is very easy to use and very clear. The wide range of colours and fabrics makes it cool to choose something that matches our interior at home, which is definitely a big plus!

For our dog Ayla, it is her first basket and she immediately likes it! Very curious about her new safe place which she still enjoys to this day.

You can feel that the cushions are of very high quality and we will enjoy them for a long time. Also very handy that the cover can be washed and purchased separately if necessary :)

Fan of your products, thank you!

Ayla & Yana

Very good products and great customer service!!

Absolutely love this dog bed. Durable, super comfy, and my pup hasn’t left it since day one. The customer service was very nice, quickly helping with my order!

Fantail has completely redefined what a dog bed should be. The craftsmanship is outstanding — minimalistic, elegant, and clearly designed to complement modern interiors. It’s not just stylish, the functionality is next level. Our dog took to it immediately, and you can really tell it's built with both comfort and durability in mind.

We especially love the removable covers that make cleaning a breeze, and everything about the product feels solid and high-end.

After trying other “designer” dog beds that didn’t live up to the hype, Fantail really delivered. This is hands down the best choice out there. Highly recommended.

My dogs love the new dog bed. And I love that it looks so beautiful, it fits perfect in my living room! 🤩 I ordered a snug and snooze. At first they didn't seem interested but when I put them in the beds they didn't move anymore. They stayed in the beds for more than an hour. 😆

By far one of the best experiences and products I’ve ever had. A beautiful dog bed, quality materials and the perfect team of attentive staff.
After two years of owning this gorgeous bed it is still my favourite piece of furniture, not just a bed for my favourite 4 legs.
After two years I am still receiving impeccable service and I can’t recommend this brand and product enough.

Love the comfort that fantail beds gives 😍

Still waiting for an email reply. I have sent 5 emails since December

I recently purchased a cat tree from Fantail, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. When I received the product, I found that over 12 key parts were missing, leaving me unable to assemble it at all. Despite checking the box multiple times, the missing components were nowhere to be found.

I immediately contacted customer service, but the response time has been abysmal, with a week-long wait for each email reply. It's now been two weeks since I received the incomplete package, and I am still unable to use the product. The complete lack of urgency in addressing this issue has caused a lot of frustration.

At this point, I’m still waiting for an update on when the missing parts will be shipped, and the lack of effective communication has left me feeling completely dissatisfied. The service is practically non-existent, and it’s clear that Fantail is not handling customer concerns properly.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The chances of encountering issues with missing parts and poor customer service are very high, and it’s been a major inconvenience.

Slechte service !

Super fast delivery, quality is good. My dogs love the dog bed cover.
