I ordered two hoodies from them - infinity war captain america, and infinity war winter soldier/white wolf. They arrived (eventually) only for me to find the white wolf hoodie was a light purple (it's supposed to be dark blue, all of the website images show it as being dark blue). My friend also ordered that hoodie, received one exactly the same as mine. The captain america one was so faded that you could barely see the image. I got in contact with them about the white wolf one, deciding I'd start with one, and they gave me a spiel about a possible 10% colour brightness variation (how is light purple within 10% of dark blue? I don't know). After pushing a few times and going via a paypal dispute they agreed to a partial refund, then a full refund - and it states on their site that if the item is faulty, which they admitted in words that it was, they would pay for shipping. I sent it off about three months after I received it, that's how long it took for them to agree, and provided them with tracking details. A month later I followed up with them and they couldn't find it, even though the tracking info said it was delivered. Eventually they found it, refused to offer me a refund even when faced with screencaps of their refund policy, and refused to answer when I asked them whether they were scamming people. If I could give a negative rating I would, waste of time and money.

I ordered the sweatshirt waaaayy too big because I thought they were Asian sizes, (it came from Singapore) but I'm using my sweatshirt for lounging. It's super comfortable and the prints are so vibrant, details are so accurate down to the smallest fibers.😊

Purchased a Groot flower pot which was supposed to come with a Groot keyring for free. After waiting longer than stated for my order, it arrived without the keyring. Msg the help centre only to be stuffed around and looks like I won't be getting my keyring. Was a huge waste of money. I'll be sticking to good old ebay from now on. Very disappointed.

Bought a 5 piece canvas picture of a star destroyer. Looks like they blew up a 4 x 6 picture to five feet wide. The canvas the photo is on is decent quality, but when the photo is of so low quality that it disturbs you to even look at it, the canvas material means very little. Don't waste your time with this company.

I ordered black widow and Deadpool leggings and they were so see thru that I didn’t need to bend or move for you to be able to see everything right thru it. I emailed them about the issue saying I want a refund and they told me that just because I wasn’t happy with the quality of the product they couldn’t give me a refund.

Got my hoodie in just 3 weeks and customer support are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely purchase again! Fans Made rocks!

the designs are awesome! i'm surprised regarding how smooth and comfortable the fabric was. I bought the design King's Mantle for my friends and they all love it! i'm definitely going to order again for my early Christmas shopping this year. absolute happy customer here :-)

Great totally worth it. This store has a big selection of hoodies, I got a spider-man hoodie and I just love it so much. Looks good and fabric is soft the texture of material is really cool. I definitely recommend this shop.

5 Star it is! Hands down one of the best hoodies that i have ever purchased, quality is really good. One of the best responses by email also, nice and friendly. Love this company. After this I'm going to order more from this website most especially they are now using the US sizing. More power to your company....!!!!!!

Wrong Size. They used China/ Asian sizes but sold it to US market. 4XL is not a 2XL.

Shipped me wrong size Hoodie. Paid $60. Took a month to receive.
Wanted to return. The wanted me to ship to China at $35, Told me to have tracked. Usps doesn't offer that. And wanted to charge me $6 restock fee. So $41 because of their mistake. They ship Asian Med. I ordered US XL.
Not happy. Will not Order from this company Again. BEWARE!

Recensione assolutamente negativa perché al momento dell'acquisto, questi 'signori' non ti dicono che ci vorranno dai VENTI ai CINQUANTA GIORNI per avere i prodotti che però paghi subito! Te lo dicono DOPO qualche giorno...Complimenti. Questa sarebbe la famosa onestà Anglosassone...
