They charged me with big shipping taxes and delivered a faulty product. When I asked for a replacement they said I need to pay for the shipping back to them, and then for the shipping of the replacement. Added up, the shipping taxes would be more than 50% of the value of the product I purchased. How is the customer's fault when you deliver a faulty product?
They then stop replying to your emails

I have been waiting for a refund for a returned hoodie for more then a week now, and the package has already been delivered back to the store. Despite sending several messages, I have received no reply on chat and no clear information about when the refund will be processed. No reply also to may mails...

Additionally, the product sizing was completely inaccurate compared to the information provided on the website. Because of this, the purchase turned out to be unsuccessful, and the whole return process has been very stressful and unprofessional.

I would like to warn other customers - think carefully before buying from this store, especially if you expect reliable customer service, accurate sizing information, and a quick refund after returning a product.

Wanted a specific McLaren hat for my husband. FanBRANDS was the best priced. They communicated regularly, right through until delivery. Thank you!

I ordered several items and paid a high shipping fee, expecting fast delivery as advertised. Unfortunately, most of the order took much longer than promised, and communication from customer service was minimal—mostly vague tracking updates without real assistance.

One of the items that did arrive was defective, and my complaint hasn’t been properly addressed so far, which is disappointing. That said, part of the order eventually showed up, and the working items were as expected.

There's a lot of room for improvement in both service and accountability. I can’t fully recommend this store based on my experience.

Los precios no son asequibles, pero bueno, entiendo que se paga la marca. Nos equivocamos con el número y después de cobrarnos 9,90 euros de gastos de envío, se me hace saber que he de buscar una empresa de transporte y que la devolución no es gratuita. Esto rondaría los 27 o 28 euros. En total, 38 euros tirados sin ninguna confianza en que se me haga la devolución. Están anunciadas en Wallapop, y rebajadas a un precio muy, muy asequible porque prefiero venderlas ahí que devolverlas a esta gente tan, tan poco seria. No compréis, vendrá grande la talla y habréis perdido tiempo y dinero. Hasta shein tiene devolución gratuita. Una vergüenza.

Customer service were very helpful and very friendly. I ordered a Ferrari Team Pro Jacket. Customer service replied to me twice, once in relation to the product itself and then once to inform me of a shipping tracking error - these things happen though and I was glad to be kept in the loop! Shipping was a bit slow (13 days), but this would be more of an issue with the service provider and didn't have too much of an effect at the end of the day. Highly recommend FansBrands and it is where I will be getting my F1 merchandise online in future!

Amazing communication, items of great quality, fast shipping. The only problem was that I wasn't able to pay online but it was probably issue with my bank. So I've changed payment method and paid to delivery guy when items arrived. A lot of thanks from a happy Czech customer.
