Bought a hoodie for my daughter, really poor quality, agreed to refund but had to post back to USA. Shipped back, significantly out of pocket and still no refund 5 weeks later. Terrible customer service!!!!

Had a shipping notification 9 weeks ago and have had no update on it since then, shipping has only said it’s in NY. Have emailed multiple times and never received a reply. Saw that they said they reply “within 24 hours always”. Yet to receive any correspondence!!!

Try to place an order of a tshirt as a birthday gift for my cousin , ended up taking the money out my card and then saying that the order can’t be placed.

I think a lot of people have to realize that if you're ordering from overseas at this time (covid) it's definitely gonna take a while! I ordered mine quite possibly at the worst time which was when covid was happening + lockdown etc. So I just told myself to remain patient and hope that it would show. I finally got it! After around 3-4months it finally arrived to New Zealand! So just be patient if you ordered way back when chaos was happening :)

Plus - it fits amazingly, just what I expected

Ordered a stephanie soo merchandise and it has been a month and it never arrived. Wish i had read the reviews about fanjoy online before buying it. I feel scammed.

Ordered a jacket to help support Corey LaBarrie's family right after news broke out. I wanted something from his line because who knows how long it'll be out. I've emailed fanjoy a countless amount of times and DM'd them on Instagram and my package has not yet shipped. Money was taken out of my account since I placed the order. I feel scammed.

I have emailed them 3 times and haven't responded to my email about changing one of my items to 2x instead of small I really hope they answer soon and I love there quality of clothing but please answer my emails soon.

Send them and email before your order and you get a response within 24 hours. Once you place your order and your card is charge they disappear, this is the worst customer service ever. More than a month of wait time, i was only able to get them to ship the order when i escalated a claim through paypal. I will never shop here and recommend that you stay away.

I am waiting for 2 months for my order to be shipped.. When i try to contact fanjoy i dont even get a reply..

Fanjoy has the absolute worst customer service. There’s only one person on the whole team who i’ve come into contact with who actually helps you and make sure everything gets done. I have had 3 parcels take more than 2 months to arrive. 4 weeks to ship and then another 4 weeks to actually arrive at my house. The customer service regarding this is appalling and they just tell you that they are sorry for the delay and that it will be shipped next week. I am sick of having rude people answer my emails and not giving me information which will calm me down and make me less stressed.

I Ordered a hoodie and T shirt for my daughter end of March. Chased Fanjoy up to see what was happening with my order. Very helpful and advised me would be dispatched within the next 48 hrs. Goods arrived beginning of May which is fine with me - was fully expecting to have to wait at least 6-8 weeks for my order anyway considering the current pandemic climate and the fact we live in Northern Ireland. Anyway I have one happy daughter who is delighted with her hoodie/t-shirt! I might add the quality of the clothing is great and I would definitely order again.

I recently ordered a crew neck and was sent a hoodie. I, immediately after opening the package emailed fanjoy, who, which then replied to me in about 45 minutes. I sent them some pictures and all within one day, are sending me the correct crew neck and have allowed me to keep the hoodie for FREE. Such an amazing company and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have ordered from Fanjoy multiple times and my items quickly arrived. I saw that this website had a lot of bad reviews on here, so I assumed it’s only because people come on here to complain when something bad has happened. I’ve had great experiences on the website but I’ve had different experiences with the clothes but that’s more on the creator, I’ve got mixed opinions on the clothes. I have gotten from creators that chose great quality fabric and I’ve got clothes from creators who chose cheaper fabrics.

Washed the Jeff the barbershop t shirt once and the transfer has come off.

I ordered a clickbait tracksuit zip hoodie and it hasn’t arrived. I made the purchase on December 2 and now it is April 6th I just want it and I don’t know what is going on I just would really like the hoodie because I wasted 40$ on it and I haven’t got it and last time I made a purchase it came and everything was good but this time I don’t get it and idk what I’m supposed to do because my track the order doesn’t work

So I ordered avani merch and I came today and there is a hole in the cuff area. I have had it for about 2 hours and didn't do any phisicle activities. Would I have to order a new one or what would happen

I ordered some sweats for my daughter . After a week, I still had not received shipping information. I emailed them , and they said items ship 5-7 business days from when order is placed . It’s now been 7 days, so I emailed again. Now , it’s an unforeseen production delay. Lol. Had I read all these terrible reviews, I would not have made the purchase.

I ordered a hoodie on a Saturday and received it on Thursday. Very satisfied customer. After reading a lot of bad reviews I was skeptical but received my product on time. We’ll definitely use them again. Scott from Ky.

I bought an black with white letters- clickbait mug for my boyfriend, luckily it came in on time (about 11 days). But the letters on the mug are really small (it just looks like it's an really cheap mug, or really
cheap made) and does not look like the picture on the website, the colour of the letters on the black mug are supposed to be white but there is an green-ish tone and the letters arent sharp on it, you can see the pixels on it.. really not how I expected it to be... And besides, I really can't figure out where I can white a review on the website? Is it even possible to write a review, because I'm not really happy with what I got, I want to be honest with others who want to buy this mug.
How does it come that the letters are so small and with pixels, and not like the pictures on the website?
