I ordered two aprons, for gardening. It has been one month with no delivery. The web site doesn't reply to my emails. I think I lost the money. It is a spam ! They still keep the web site on

been more than 2 years, never received. I spent over 100 dollars. They finally canceled one order and never gave me my money back. Another says 'ordered' and still does, they won't refund me. I've sent countless emails. I actually ordered it February 15th, 2024.

I purchased multiple items in January 2024. Since then I’ve been fighting for a refund. They tried to say they were just behind and it was coming. After claiming they would refund me, they cancelled my order fully and never did refund the money.

ordered a mug from my favorite creator's fanjoy website in January. the order hasn't shipped, and there's no way to cancel the order. very disappointed that, despite not being operational, fanjoy is still processing orders and taking payments. unfortunately, I used a prepaid card I got for the holidays to purchase this order, and am unable to process a chargeback request.

They won't provide a return address or process a refund. Loads of emails back and forth. I've opened a PayPal case and now they are claiming they can't refund unless I close the case first. Don't waste your time.

I ordered 2 hoodies through Fanjoy to support a content creator (Bailey Sarian) in October 2023. They constantly pushed back the shipping date of the items on emails, saying ‘the warehouse hasn’t printed the hoodies’ ‘they’re waiting on the manufacturers’ then ‘we no longer have these in stock.’ I requested a refund months ago as it’s just ridiculous and got back ‘we cannot process a refund at this time.’ Absolutely disgusting as a company to just flat out ignore emails and basically refuse to refund me. It’s really not that difficult to process a refund! I just want my money back now

If i could give this negative stars, I would! Ordered a product in January 24, waited, waited, received no updates. I reached out and was asked to be patient, that production was held up, blah, blah, blah. Finally got fed up with many, many of these empty promises and asked for a refund. Yep, no problem, someone from the accounts department will contact you. Waited, waited again. Again asked for a refund. Yep, we'll get right on that! Again, nothing but crickets. The third time I demanded a refund, oh, we're so sorry, we can't process that refund right now! WHAT??? Oh, but now we can send your product. I have now JUST received my order. Absolutely will NEVER, NEVER order from Fanjoy again. Nor will I ever recommend anyone to buy from them. I have purchased from them previously but have never had these kind of issues, and that's including during the global lock down. Unless you can deliver on your products, do not list things on your website and rob people of their hard earned money.

Ordered something on December 2023 and I STILL did not receive my order. Emailed them a couple times and they said that they "ran out of blanks" and when I wanted a refund, silence from them. They haven't posted anything on their socials for MONTHS now. Maybe they're bankrupt? Either way, they're stealing people's money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Company is actually ridiculous????? Ordered something in December of 2023 and still have NOT received it. Been told multiple times it’s about to be shipped and when asked for a refund they said they’d issue it but never have. I can’t believe how much money they’ve probably taken from people. Absolutely disgusting.

So after a million chases and infinite patience my merch has arrived as described. Will I be ordering from them again? No. Not at all. But don’t lose hope.

Absolutely horrible…. I ordered a hoodie on 10/19/23 . It is now 12/11/2024 and I have yet to receive it. Been in contact and keep getting the runaround …. Too many orders to fill blah blah blah. When I asked for a refund I was told sure they would do that . 3 months went by… no refund. I reached out again. There reply…’ we cannot give you a refund now but you can pick something from here and sent a link to things I don’t want . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered mystery items. Never received anything except excuses and emails. Finally after months of waiting, I asked for a refund. Guess what??? I have never received that either. Do not give them any money! I order in June and finally cancelled in October after back and forth.

Wish I could give zero stars. ordered in May and still nothing and I'm fairly certain they blocked my email because I started asking for a refund. They responded at first, saying they were behind on orders but they're working on shipping out orders but now I haven't gotten a response in 2 months. Huge scam. Huge thieves.

I ordered a product off the site and never received. I was charged for the transaction and it has been months. I contacted support and they replied but nothing was resolved. I still have not got my refund back after they cancelled my order. Terrible site.

I have no idea what happened because they use to be great. But I ordered something months ago and continuously follow-up on the order. Fanjoy kept making excuses of why I have not gotten my item yet. I go to the website and the content creator's merch page was gone. But I still have record of the order which was through Fanjoy. Fast forward to months later I follow-up again and I get this email from someone who's looking into my order. They send the email at 1 or 2 in the morning.. who the heck is up that early in the morning on company hours? We are both located in the US. Different time zones but even that things aren't adding up. Anyways, I get the same excuse after I give my order number. HUGE SCAM NOW! I hope they use my 30 dollars for good and I'm glad it wasn't much more. I know 30 dollars isn't that bad but I don't make much as it is so it's kind of a lot.

I ordered a product 6 months ago, and I have chased it up multiple times being told it would be shipped “this month” but it has never been true. I requested a refund which also has no been fulfilled, even though they said they would

Anyone on board for a class-action lawsuit? I think we have a case, especially considering they filed for bankruptcy a year ago and owe over 1mil to multiple companies and creators, including the one I ordered from.
On June 20 I ordered Elyse Myers' Go Find Less shirt. Order confirmation, but no shipping. I emailed Fanjoy June 29 and said to cancel and refund. They replied on July 1 and promised to cancel and refund and send an email to confirm. No communication for almost 2 weeks. Opened a case with Paypal, they pretended to refund, canceled the refund, I re-opened the case, they lied to Paypal about having already sent it and been delivered, I appealed the case decision, re-opened a case.
Now, almost 2 months later, after being promised a refund half a dozen times, after telling them I don't want the order, just my money; the order was sent and delivered Aug 20. I'm returning it for a refund. HA! that'll be the day. Desperate bankrupt scam company.

I "purchased" a hat from fanjoy on Feb 19th and haven't received my hat nor refund today Aug 8th.
