They amuse the customer by responding, however there is no follow through. I ordered in April and it is now August and I have yet to receive my merch OR a refund. I will never purchase merch from a content creator again because of this experience.

I ordered Elyse Myer's Rest is Productive Black Crewneck on the 25th January 2024 but I still haven't received it or any email updates. I've tried contacting them several times over the last seven months and haven't received a response.

Their refund policy links back to the same email address which they're not responding to. The link to their refund policy on their homepage is broken.

They've turned off comments on their Instagram and their comments on their YouTube and Tiktok largely consist of people complaining that they haven't receievd their orders either.

They are still advertising and SELLING the Rest is Productive Black Crewneck despite it not being advertised on Elyse Myer's Fanjoy page.

This store is most likely a scam. Do not order from them. I wish I had of read reviews beforehand.

It's been almost 8 months since the process began. First: production time lasts an eternity (Almost a month). A couple more weeks to ship it. A thousand inconveniences happen on the part of the company sending the package.
Package ends up returning to them. I keep tracking my guide and orderline, and they even re-sell it.
I get in touch with them, send the required evidence... and nothing.
From there, they only reply that they "will contact the billing department to make my refund".
They haven't given any further details for a couple of months now. I start to suspect that I should say goodbye to my $50.
Anyway, it's a shame that one wants to support creators and they get such a bad reputation from a scammy site like this.
I really wanted to become a regular client, but it ain't gonna happen.

I'm one of those who wish to have read this reviews before getting into it.
Please: Stay away from Fanjoy.

Another terrible experience, ordered a hoodie to support a podcast I enjoy, ordered in January, still no order received, still no refund, they either ignore my emails or say they will get back to me soon. Absolutely abysmal service!

Wanting to support a podcast I enjoy, I placed a merch order on April 3rd. It's now July 10th and there's no sign of this order ever materialising.

I've contacted Fanjoy consistently since April 27th and each time been promised the t-shirt will ship "in three weeks". Their customer service team have basically sent me the same email word for word each time.

I believe this company hides behind their products being "made to order" to scam customers for so long that they forget about what they ordered, allowing them to keep the profits. The whole thing smacks of greenwashing. Really underhanded business practice when people are trying to do the right thing and support independent creatives without contributing to fast fashion landfill.

I really would not recommend Fanjoy to any prospective customer or creative wanting to use this platform to sell their products. Huge scam, avoid at all costs!

I made an order on May31st 2024. The gift was for Father’s Day June 16th 2024. I inquired about shipping and tracking. Nothing. Then I asked when should I expect a response? The answer I got was. We don’t know when the tracking information will be updated or when it will be shipped! 2 days in a row I was asked! To confirm you, want to cancel? Then when I never got confirmation receipt of items being cancelled! I asked if they could provide and the return process? The said they have to contact Billing! 3 days later we’re almost in July now and still NO MERCHANDISE NO REFUND! NOW NO EMAIL REPLY

Scam website. Ordered a hoodie 8 months ago and requested a refund 2 months ago. Still nothing. Customer service is useless and will give you the runaround constantly saying there is an issue and they will ship it soon

Avoid at all costs been waiting over 8 months for my item to be shipped no updates from them at all I have been chasing them to be told unforeseen reasons then given a date every month never happens then told don’t have stock always same reasons been chasing for a refund for 3 months awful company

Another story of ordering, waiting for months and getting nothing.
When requesting a refund, they told us that "something was wrong with their system".
I'm disputing the transaction but haven't had a resolution yet.

For a start I placed my order in the 21st January 2024 , I received minimal updates and even installed “shop” to track my order and when I consistently and repeatedly emailed for any news on my order they would say they will have made progress by the end of the month and that was the response I got every time I asked and that was about 3-4 time maybe more. I became inpatient and requested for a refund and they keep saying they will send me to their billing for me to get a refund but I am still awaiting that and it’s been 11 days (13/05/24) since then , more than enough time for me to receive my refund but no refund

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Advertised 3-6 day shipping. Over a month later I had them cancel the order and I disputed the charge with PayPal. Thankfully PayPal had my back, bc I see a lot of people here never got a refund period.

Joining the ranks of folks who placed an order only to wait for months for nothing to ship. As I’ve pointed out in my email correspondence with customer service, I understand “unforeseen production delays” occur (I work in the manufacturing space myself), but after being assured numerous times that my order will be shipping “in two weeks”, “by the middle of the month” etc and that not occurring, I have lost faith that I’ll ever receive the item I ordered. Steer clear.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I ordered a crew neck to support one of my favourite YouTubers. This was back in December of 2023. Received nothing after 3 months. Contacted them and kept getting same bs robot response “back ordered, will ship late April”. Then kept saying late May. Luckily I paid through PayPal..had to escalate to a claim as they would not message me back after I requested a refund numerous times. Customer service is nonexistent. Save your money and go elsewhere! Fanjoy is a JOKE of a company. Shame on them!!

Ordered items on January 13th. Still not received and now outside the window to dispute it on my credit card. Customer service is no help, get the same response every time.

I ordered several items on 02/23/24. As of today 04/19/24 I still haven’t received them. Customer service is a joke and offers no help whatsoever. They basically stole my money. Definitely don’t shop here.

Terrible customer service. Item shipped extremely late and never arrived. When I reached out to them, they never responded. Have to dispute the charge now.

I ordered my merch (hoodie) in 10/2023. Was told it'll take a few weeks. Emailed in Dec 2023 and was told they were working on it and still waiting to receive my hoodie from warehouse (production). Reached out again in 02/2024 and was told my order should be ready to ship by end of march. on 4/2024 I reached out a final time for an update and was told they were still waiting for item. I told them I would like a refund and NEVER received an email or refund after waiting 3 days (in the past they previously replied within hours). WOULD NEVER DO THIS AGAIN - it sucks bc I was trying to support my favorite YouTuber by getting merch and this was just a nightmare.

Why is there no option to give 0 stars?
I purchased a sweatshirt in February and didn't receive it in 2 months.
Asked for a refund then got ghosted with no money given back.

They advertise 3-6 business day delivery but it's been 15 days and my order hasn't shipped. I received an email stating "Your order is estimated to ship within 10-15 business days after ordering (reminder that business days do not include weekends or holidays). You will receive tracking information once this ships out!"

So in reality 10-15 business days which is more than double their promised delivery date. Companies can straight up lie now?
