I was told to review this website in order to get a refund

Following my latest review I wanted to add another 1* review for their continuous attempts of 'offering' me a refund of the money they (Fancymeshop & AfterHoursHobby = same team) stole from me in exchange of an edit of my review, from negative to positive. They also ask me to refrain from using words such as 'scam' and 'fraud which I'd love to, if they would just stop behaving in a fraudulent way. Now I am offering a 1* review for each time you'll still try to reach me out with you SCAM/FRAUD.

The service that I had received was really good.

They emailed me that they will refund my money. I have to wait 5-7 days. This means that the credits I have in their shop is now gone. I will update you guys after 5days if I will truly received my money back.

Though doubtful, they've been helping me in the matter, and trying to resolve my complaint on them. Thank you for that Angeline support. I will edit my review after 5-7 days.

Achtung Betrug auf höstem Niveau! Mitgliedschaft angeblich gekündigt bestätigt per Mail. 14 Tage später wird wieder Geld abgebucht unter anderem Namen. Bei Behörden zur Anzeige bringen!

Update! 15.05.2024!
Inzwischen wurde der Fall bei der Polizei zur Anzeige gebracht! Konto musste ich sperren lassen weil immer weiter Geld abgebucht wurde! Man erpresste mich damit die Bewertungen hier zu ändern, dann erst würde ich mein Geld wieder bekommen! Inzwischen habe ich "nur" 50 € an diese Firma verloren!

Ach und dieser Josh der hier drunter kommentiert, ist besagter Erpresser!

Also sobald Geld abgebucht wird, hört es trotz Kündigung nicht auf! Sperrt euer Konto und geht zur Polizei.

I do not remember subscribing to them and when I contacted they told me they will cancel it and no further monies will be taken and I did mention to the guy I can see money is showing will be taken again on specific date he assured me it will not be since he has cancelled it internally. I got an email and a text message. Then they pulled the money again and this time they sent me an email to say that they will give me a refund but I will only get it if I left them a 4 or 5 star review on trust pilot. I told write back to them and told them I will not fall for their blackmail and I am willing to loose my money but make sure everyone else knows about them. I got another email that my account has been cancelled again and followed with a text message. I called the bank informed them about the scam got my card cancelled and got a new one and the bank paid me my money back and here I am warning you all. Make sure you report them to the local authorities Google report fraud and you will see how to report it and also speak to your banks and cancel your cards. These people are scammers and liars do not believe anything. I have retained evidence of all this to help the movement to get these people arrested and prosecuted. Obviously after reading all this and you do nothing then your lose.

Concerns about this company

I ordered something from this company but when it came to paying for the product, I had to pay twice with the exact purchase amount. I just thought maybe it didn’t go through the first time. Unfortunately, this company has small print that automatically sign you up to their affiliate company called:

Fancy me shop we’re really helpful and provided me with a refund immediately after my review on trust pilot. Unfortunately my concerns regarding this company is that no receipt was provided for my purchase which I found very disappointing and unprofessional, same with their affiliate company.

I have never brought nothing online and not received a proof of purchase receipt, but thankfully I got part of my refund and waiting for their other company to refund me too.

Another scam/ rip off site that advertises on Facebook . Then questioned my review. As in trying to get it removed after trying to withdraw another €24.50 from their alias site shower of basteriods

I subscribed to this site by mistake and when I emailed them to cancel my subscription, they were prompt in helping me do that . Thank you 🙏🏽

Due to my prv statement. I would like to say i got a call from Josh who helped me through the process. How ever i wil be getting my money back.

I have had numerous payments going out of my bank account from fancymeshop.com and hightvproduct.com. I have contacted them and they have said that I signed up to their company and that it got approved by my bank. I never subscribe to random shopping websites. They are saying they can only give me a refund of 8 euros. Absolute joke.

Ce site internet m'a proposé de me rembourser 4.40€ au lieu de 10€. Par la suite je dois publier un nouvel avis avec 4 étoiles pourqu'il me rembourse le reste.

I ordered a game boy style game.i never received it I had no confirmation e mail.nearly a month later the company has taken a total of £83 out of my acount on 2 separate occasions. I've not ordered anything for those 2 transactions. I've spoken to the fraud squad they are looking into the matter.fancyme.com are scammers

WATCH OUT!
This is total scam and the support team play dumb but then instantly claim everything was clear and you knew what you were signing up to - even though there is zero information or indication that what you are getting is a subscription to a buying club instead of making a simple single purchase of the exact item described when you click buy now.

Update:
They refunded me, but only after I threatened legal action due to them not complying with UK contract law which gives you the right to withdraw within 14 days. Before I mentioned this they pretended that I had no such rights.
Good luck if you find yourself dealing with this scam company.

J’ai passé une commande d’un produit que je n’ai jamais reçue en plus je me retrouve à être prélevé d’un abonnement de 43€ / deux semaines que je n’ai jamais demandé et maintenant je galère pour me faire rembourser.

Well after a bad start, the shop contacted me and really wanted to fix this bad experience. I got my money back so I am happy again.
