After I was let down by Zavvi on a pre-order, I turned to the internet and found Fancollectables. They had the items in stock and it arrived 2 days later.
Very well packaged.

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Helen's customer service skills are on point, most small buisness's have been given a hugely stressful christmas by the RM strikes with parcels taking weeks or even a month to arrive, i think people forget that small business's cant just write items off they dont have endless pots of money like amazon and expect them to wave a magic want and make their parcels appear, i had some wonderful email exchanges with Helen and id 100% use this company again, their packaging was also brilliant and my funkos arrive undamaged thank you for all your hard work over the festive period Fancollectables

Thank for this honest and lovely review, we try our best to offer great service from the original sale to packaging and finally communication and delivery but sometimes some things outside of our business go wrong but we do try our best to keep you informed whether that’s on email 24/7 or by phone, as an independent we can’t compete with big corporations but we do try to offer a more personal service! You were so lovely over the delays and I don’t think I’ve ever lost sleep over an order like I did with yours! Please come back if ever you need another funko!
