Fantastic Company that actually cares about its customers
Fan Collectables is a company that really knows how to treat their customers.
Not only did they deliver my action figure quicker than the stated time, they also ensured it was packaged with great care and consideration.
So many big companies are not only overpriced but also fail to deliver their products efficiently and more often than not, have no consideration for collectors who want to keep the packaging in a good condition. This small company puts them to shame and it’s a great credit to them.
Darren at Fan Collectables responded to my queries in a timely fashion and when I’d made a mistake giving them the wrong delivery details he was very quick to rectify the problem and ensure my item arrived on time and at the correct address.
If you are a serious collector or you’re just looking for great toys and Collectables, FC is the perfect place to shop.
I had looked everywhere to find this toy and it was either unavailable or massively overpriced. FC not only had exactly what I was looking for, it was also at a very reasonable price.
Please check them out I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

A great site run by considerate people.
I recently stumbled across this store whilst trying to track down a hard to find figure and they were the only place to have it in stock. The delivery was fast, extremely well packaged and their customer service after the fact, due to an unfortunate manufacturer issue, was exceptional. Email exchanges were personable, incredibly prompt and the effort made to solve the problem was stellar, I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this site, a top experience.
