4 months and still no product
4 months and still no product. Communication shocking! After a month and contacting via different methods, I was finally told there was an issue with parts and the ETA was end of February. Order was placed at the beginning of December! I was patient but still no delivery or further follow up to communicate that with me. The only reply I have received to my many attempts at contacting was automated, saying they were at a convention…selling the products they can’t give me to fulfil my order!
I have requested a refund but I don’t expect to receive it. Such a shame as the product looks amazing and I’d have been a repeat buyer.
AVOID!!!

Ordered a heat box on Jan 20,2023. Today is March 3rd and have not received my delivery and no response to my emails, chat or Instagram messages. Avoid at all costs, I have initiated a refund through my revolut account
