Once again, another lovely blue box delivery (x2) today (ordered yesterday) from the Winter Sale. Gutted however, that also today I received the email to get an additional 15% off! Some you win, some you lose hey...

Previously over the years Ive left 5 stars based on previous purchases and in store serviced however my last two purchases have had to be returned due to the awful condition they arrived in, including today which is my birthday gift. How those boots get packed and stickered as checked is baffling when there are clear scuffs marks and pronounced creasing particularly on one boot. At Christmas I bought a pair of shoes as a gift and again they came in a battered box with clear scuffs and marks when I complained I was told to brush them and clean then . If I spend £200+ on a pair of shoes I expect them to come clean. I feel like they no longer care about customers.

Regretfully I had to return a beautifully made pair of boots because they were just a smidgeon too big.
The delivery and returns process was super fast and seamless.
A company that evidently values and cares about retaining its customers.
Top marks for spot on customer service.

The boots were a Christmas gift for my wife. When we realised an exchange was required we called and the customer service we received was fantastic. The lady on the end of the phone talked my wife through alternative options without rush and couldn’t have been more helpful. This was a first purchase and won’t be the last! Thank you.

What a pleasure to buy from , such quality items.. 2 wonderful experiences of dealing with customer service , the first was when I lost my boot tassel as I didn’t know they had to be screwed in tight to ensure they didn’t come off.. they are additional items to buy if lost but the team replaced for me which was so kind. And today I had an issue with a miss laid parcel and they went over and above in fixing the issue. Such outstanding customer service and inline with a British Brand you can really trust.

Hi.I had been thinking about purchasing a pair of the Regina High Heel boots for some time but was concerned about my size.After contacting F+F I received lots of help and did so very promptly and professionally.
I am so glad I bought the boots as they are simply divine and so well made.The fit is super and they feel gorgeous to wear.The leather is a little stiff at the moment but will loosen and stretch in time I have no doubt.I am such a boot wearing girl and this pair have to be the best I have and even better,hubby loves me wearing them!!!,LOL!!!

Absolutely love my boots! I came across one small issue which was very quickly resolved by the wonderful Jordan. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! Great customer service and great product!

I've been a customer for many years now of fairfax and favor. Extremely dissapointed with their price adjustment policy. Basically, if you buy an item and then a day later it's highly reduced they are suppose to price match this. However, when I contacted them they said as my size was out of stock this would not be honoured. Absolutely appalled at their response. Did not feel like a valued customer at all. My size was in stock when I initially emailed them, which they've still not responded too I might add but by the time I was able to get through to them it was out of stock. What a joke!

Received my first blue box today and it was made to feel like an absolute VIP experience, even though it was a modest purchase. Outstanding customer focus.

Amazing customer service from Fairfax & Favor! I contacted them about a replacement and was so impressed to receive the new items just 2 days later. The process was quick, easy, and handled so professionally. It’s great to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend!

bought a pair of boots 1 year ago. i have looked after them, but sadly lost a tassel. I was going to buy more, but contacted customer services who were lovely and sent a new pair of tassels in less than a week with christmas in the middle. Lovely company to deal with. Expensive, maybe, but you do get what you pay for. thank you

I’ve been a Fairfax & Favor customer for around three years now and I genuinely love everything about the brand. My growing collection includes my beloved 10 Year Anniversary Regina boots, the Windsor work bag in conker leather, handbags, boots, purses, gloves, sandals and even a key charm!

What really sets Fairfax & Favor apart is how special their products feel. The quality is beautiful, the designs are timeless, and I love that they offer a sporting fit in their tall boots, which makes such a difference for a lady with wider calves - please never stop doing these (& bring out black flat leather reginas in sporting fit!!). The gorgeous boxes always fill me with excitement...what surprise awaits in this blue box?! I love that this brand still feels like a bit of a hidden gem. I hope as the brand grows it doesn't lose its intimate and exclusive feel. Meeting fellow Fairfax & Favor wearers is one of my favourite conversation starters!!

Customer service has also been excellent. I recently lost a screw back from one of my boot tassels and they quickly sent a replacement under their 18-month warranty with no fuss at all.

Fairfax & Favor is one of those brands you fall in love with and keep coming back to. Thoughtfully designed, beautifully made and a joy to own.

I ordered a pair of boots in the winter sale in a size 6, only to receive an email the day after saying their system had not worked properly and in fact there was no stock of this boot in this size. I reordered in a size 5 (I am between sizes so thought it worth a go), and then two days later received an email saying again their system had not worked properly and there was no stock. The item has been discontinued so there is no way of me getting it in future. It seems ludicrous to me that this could happen twice, with nothing but a basic ‘sorry oops’ email.

My partner bought me some explorer boots last Christmas. The right boot had a line in the leather running down the front. I wasn’t sure what to do but my partner who bought the boots noticed and said that it was a quality issue. Then I noticed that the lining came detached from the heel and was loose inside the boot. Suspecting quality issues I contacted customer services to ask what I should do. They said creasing around the ankle was normal (although this want the issue) and that the detached lining was normal as it was designed to be like a “sock”. They asked for more photos and I couldn’t get a picture inside of the boot to show the detached lining and I was so busy (health, work, mum, student etc) that I didn’t have time to do any more to resolve this. Plus a while back my Boudicas had a stitching problem and detached sole and they took ages and a lot of chasing to be returned to me following a repair - I didn’t have time to deal with this so I left the explorers and just put up and shut up. I didn’t wear my explorers throughout the summer and put them safely in their box with boot trees (they are well looked after). A few months ago I wore them for the first time and had to go through some water and got a wet right foot. Put it down to sweat although I suspected it wasn’t. Then I wore them through a deeper puddle while walking the dogs and my foot ended up wet again - I knew then it was the boot leaking but wanted to make sure I was 100% right. Wore them again - weather was wet and had to stand in a puddle while getting the dogs over a stile and once again I had a wet right foot. Also, I noticed the stitching on my right scalloped edging was coming undone.

I contacted customer services who said to return them and they contacted me to say they could not find a fault. They said the leather was a natural variation of grain (looks awful) and dismissed the sock lining altogether. I forgot to tell them about the stitching so will inform them of this too.

I’m really disappointed - these boots are expensive. I do have another pair of oak explorers that I purchased from refavoured and they are waterproof with no leather imperfections, loose inside or stitching issues.

I have had weird responses from customer services such as let the boots dry out fully between each wear which I do where possible (the right one takes longer as it’s usually wet inside) but sometimes I have them on all day and they are continuously getting wet. I have been told to look after them properly - they are cleaned after every muddy walk and wiped over with renapur often. I find this advice/instruction a bit condescending as I have been wearing different brands of leather country boots since I was a kid and have never experienced quality and customer service as poor as this. I have a pair of Dublin boots that were used for yard work and riding and worn for hours each day and they are still going strong. Am I missing something? I thought explorers were waterproof performance boots that I could expect to wear for many years.

For over £400 I expected more. Fairfax and Favor now have my boots and I’m in dispute. I have really been fobbed off since day one. The boots clearly have quality issues and I have really been ripped off! What is the point of an 18 month warranty when faults are ignored and customers dismissed, insulted and blamed.

I bought my wife a pair of Regina boots. She absolutely loves them and the quality is outstanding. I had reason to contact customer service support on two separate occasions and both times, they were fantastic. Highly recommended.

This is in no way the reflection of the customer service but the product only. These were a birthday present which I've wanted for a long time. Bought via a shoemaker stockist. They have absolutely ruin the back of my heels the first time I wore them, I bled all over the backs. I tried complaining and asking for a solution to be told I needed to give it time. I gave it almost 1 year and they have not softened at all. I have used the inserts to push my feet up which helped but then my toes were pressed against the (very stiff) front and hurting a lot. All in all these are the most uncomfortable trainers and I'm absolutely gutted as this was my initial experience with Fairfax & Favor product. Sadly will be going in the bin as I've had enough of the torture, not worth it.
