These people send junk mail pretending to be an important letter. How did they get my contact? Why are you sending me unsolicited letters?
It makes me feel they are scammers.

Sending unsolicited junk mail, marked as important. This is very poor marketing practice.

Wow, i don’t feel like I’ve ever been kept so informed as to progress if something including when I’ve spent large amounts of money. I don’t know the outcome of my claim yet but I can’t knock the communication's well done!

I’ve received a letter addressed to myself regarding mis-sold car finance. I’ve never had car finance and want to know where they got my name and address from???!!!

Received a letter in the post with my name and address but my title is incorrect. My details have been shared with this company.
I have never purchased a car on finance or purchased a car in my lifetime.
They tell you do go on and stop unwanted mail at mpsonline.org.uk but what about if I do want some junk mail. I just don't want my data to be sold, that is the issue here!

I am 67 years old and very cautious about dealing with companies I am not sure of .
I half put in my claim , then stopped I was so worried . I shouldn’t have been worried as I have been gently coaxed through the process which seems to be moving at a rapid pace . I have been kept informed at every stage so far .
I did check the company out via all the links they sent me to make me feel safe . You will be in good hands and I even got a Happy Birthday message on my birthday last week .
The message came with no prompting from me and I thought that was lovely . Hopefully they will find any previous finance I may have had . I do feel safe in their hands .
I will send a review again once I have a successful outcome .

Scam! They are calling and even wrote a mail to my partner about her mis-sold finance while she hasn't even got a driving license. Clear scam, don't use it!

Never had finance, so sending me mail makes them a scamming company. They didn't even put a contact number on what they sent me and when they eventually answered the number that they put on Trustpilot they. In my opinion, evil scum that the world would be better without. They refused to remove my name from their data base because I didn't want to trust them with my address. They apparently buy the data from Experian.

Sent junk mail to my home address regarding car finance I had, absolutely tosh I’ve have company cars for 25 years. Reported to the ombudsman.

Received a letter addressed to me not the occupier. Letter was about mis-sold finance. I don’t take or use finance, so certainly didn’t consent to receiving this letter so the 1 star review is for harassing me at home and for stealing my data. I didn’t consent to you stealing my data yet here we are.
