Fabriclore provides a great experience for sustainable fabric sourcing and custom textile development. Their collection of eco-friendly fabrics, along with digital and block printing options, helped us create a high-quality fashion collection with low MOQ requirements. The team is supportive, responsive, and very professional.

Very disappointing experience with Fabriclore. We purchased fabric sold as 100% cotton which later turned out to be contaminated with polyester — something that only became evident after the fabric had already been dyed. This resulted in additional costs, disruption to our production schedule and pressure on our stitching unit to try and recover lost time.

Fabriclore did eventually reimburse the cost of the contaminated fabric, however this fell well short of compensating for the real impact. The process to reach even that outcome was prolonged, stressful and required relentless follow-up, with little acknowledgement of the time lost or the disruption caused to our business and our customers’ orders. They also refused to cover the dyeing costs incurred as a direct result of the issue, offering only credit against future orders.

For a company positioning itself as a progressive sourcing platform for designers, the lack of accountability and regard for the customer experience was surprising.

Small brands operate on tight margins and timelines, so issues like this have real consequences. As a brand that works regularly with textile suppliers, this was one of the most difficult sourcing experiences we’ve encountered.

Given the number of small brands now relying on online sourcing platforms like Fabriclore, I think it’s important that experiences like this are shared openly within the design community.

Fabric was short of the what I paid for. On an international order the cost of return shipment outweighs the cost of the fabric. When I complained to Fabriclore, they stopped communication. Thinks twice before you order

Awesome fabrics, within less time I selected different types of fabrics for my kurtis and latest blouse pieces. Excellent quality and reasonable prices, they do have all types of facemasks,basket covers,etc..,I highly recommend this store.
