Mijn order is op 28 oktober 'verzonden' maar dat klopt niet. Het pakketje is nooit fysiek aangekomen bij PostNL. Ik krijg ook geen reactie op mijn emails!

Slechte service, slechte/geen communicatie over retour!
Zeer slechte communicatie over retour, ik wilde een item ruilen voor een andere maat, je moet daarvoor een mail sturen. Dit heb ik gedaan. Als eerste werd er gevraagd welk mailadres er aan mij account gekoppeld was (uiteraard het mailadres waarmee ik mailde...) en mijn volledige naam (stond uiteraard ook onder mijn mail, maar goed)na dit antwoord werd er na enkele dagen weer een mail gestuurd met de vraag om het afleveradres te bevestigen. Ook vreemd, want ze hebben dit uiteraard in hun bezit, maar goed, als nog mijn adres doorgegeven. Daarna heb ik niks meer van ze vernomen. Ik heb daarna nog drie keer gemaild met de vraag: hoe nu verder, ik wist nog steeds niet hoe ik het artikel om zou moeten ruilen. Tot op de dag van vandaag. 23 augustus was mijn eerste mail met de vraag hoe te ruilen, mijn laatste mail was 14 september. Nu is het 26 september en ik heb niets meer gehoord. Ook nog steeds mijn artikel niet kunnen ruilen. Ik heb er niets aan want het is te groot.
Zeer ontevreden, zeer slechte service. Ik zal hier nooit meer bestellen. Geen aanrader dus als je niet zeker bent van je maat, want ruilen is niet te doen.

Trouwe fan van deze top kleding
Ik ben al bijna 10 jaar fan van de kleding van Fabletics. Sommige items heb ik na al die jaren nog steeds en de kwaliteit is écht heel goed.
Het systeem met een maand overslaan is ook prima, ik zet altijd een reminder in mijn telefoon, zodat er niet iedere maand geld van mijn rekening wordt geschreven. En soms laat ik dat wel doen, want voor 1 member credit het je zeker waar voor je geld!

Als u iets bestelt bij Fabletics kan u ervoor kiezen om de VIP-prijs te betalen of de Gast-prijs te betalen. Aan het VIP-lidmaatschap zijn enkele voorwaarden verbonden. Het is namelijk de bedoeling dat u tussen de eerste en de vijfde van de maand naar uw showroom gaat, en dat u dan iets koopt of wanneer u niets wenst te kopen, dat u dan de maand 'overslaat' met een druk op de knop 'maand overslaan'. Doe u dit niet, dan wordt er automatisch een bedrag van € 54,95 afgeschreven. Dit bedrag wordt omgezet in een VIP credit en kan u gebruiken om een artikel t.w.v. € 54,95 te bestellen.
U bent niet verplicht elke maand iets te bestellen, we begrijpen heel goed dat u niet elke maand iets wilt of kunt bestellen. Daarom kan u op de knop 'maand overslaan' drukken.

Hele slechte zaak zonder dat je het door hebt word je lid van een abonnement die elke maand meer dan 50 euro afschrijven ik ben inmiddels 300 euro lichter om de zak van de werknemers te sponsoren want zie niks terug van dat geld in mijn account pure oplichting !!!!!!

I have purchased an item online 2 months ago and without my consent they charge me as a VIP member 54 euros per month. I tried to reach them out via phone, chat and email but they do not support me. Online they refer me to the email support and phone number to resolve this issue. Via email they responded that they do not assist via email anymore. However, I have been calling them since this is the only way of contact and they have always the voice mail where communication is not possible. The worst company I have ordered online and have been charged 110euros without doing or ordering any item or service!!!AWFUL!

Legging na 6 jaar nog steeds perfect
6 jaar geleden deed ik een bestelling bij fabletics. 2 leggings. Vandaag de dag draag ik deze nog steeds wekelijks. Sinds kort begint er een klein gaatje in het gaas van mijn telefoon die er tijdens een dag dragen zo'n 50 keer in en uit gaat. Na 6 jaar mag dat ook voortaan wel. Ik ben echt enorm blij met deze leggings en de kwaliteit ervan. Hopelijk bevalt mijn nieuwe bestelling net zo goed. Na 6 jaar (pas) terug komen voor een extra legging zegt wel genoeg denk ik.
