This people are scammers, I ordered a massager and never received it, after numerous mail and messages back and forth they stopped replying g, no refund no merchandise, be aware, I made a complaint with the Federal government.

I ordered leg compressions in May 2020 for $99.I never received, everytime i emailed them i got the Covid excuse. I canceled in July and still haven't been refunded,everytime i correspond with them i hear 3-5 days .. it's been processed 2-3 days. It's been 4 months,I want my money!!! I'm emailing Facebook because I purchased off their site and they should do background checks on Theives they let advertise on there!! Somebody is going to refund me!!

Ordered an item in March 2020, never received it. Emailed them several times and communicated with them, told me my item was on its way. Always the excuse of COVID 19. told me to wait another month for item to arrive. This month I sent them an email telling them to refund my money and now they wont answer my emails..........SCAM SCAM stay away....will report to BBB as well. BOGUS tracking number it appears they give this same one to everyone. STAY AWAY

To all those who have ordered a product from this company and did not receive the product or refund. I believe this is a problem that the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) can help you with. I was also a customer who was taken. So believe me I feel your aggravation. I really needed my product.

Wow this place is a liar & now they have, shut down their website. Over a month going back & forth trying to get a leg compressor I bought on my credit card for 99.00. Gave me the run around with a invalid tracking number. Never got the item. It's been over a month. Now they playing scam games with my refund. Stating they refund it & never saw on my credit card statement. Please somebody stop these scammers & sue them & take them to jail!

I never received my order, same BS everyone here is saying! Say they will send another, never received, then says refund, never received and of course now it is too late for my bank to credit my card! EZUSBUY sucks! Don't waste your money or time with this one!

Total BS. My mom ordered the air compression leg massager for $89.in feb. Never received it. Contacted them several times one time they said they said they sent a replacement never got it. Then they said they will refund it give a week. Nothing i contacted them again they said it was confirmed give it a few more days nothing I contacted them they said it was refunded. Nope.

They are a scam. Please dont use them. I hope there is a way their account can be tracked

THEY HAVE AN F RATING FROM BBB AND 44 complaints. takes two weeks to process an order. two more weeks to ship it. if you have problems or questions it all goes to ezubuyservices at a gmail.com. A gmail.com account. that should tell you everything about the kind of service and who you are buying from. STAY AWAY from this group.

Ezusbuy is 100% a scam company! Try to research them, can you find an owner? The address given is fake, look it up on Google maps. Business license, stock information? Nope! You won’t talk to a person if you call the phone number and if you request a refund they will stop all communication with you and block you. If you order a product you will NOT receive it and they will string you along until 60 days is past (The time you can call your financial institution to get the charges reversed )
Check out private reviews, other places like pissedconsumer.com and Better Business Bureau. I don’t understand how this company is allowed to keep operating! They are advertising products for sale, taking consumers money and not delivering. This is clearly illegal!

Spent $54 on a lipo wand that was never delivered. Fake tracking number. Follow-up emails are ignored. Reported them to BBB, but they just ignore them, too. Don't buy anything from this company, because based on other reviews and my own experience, they just pocket your money and ghost you.

Scam - they don’t send the product and don’t refund your money. Stay clear of this company. Very frustrating. Amazing that Facebook allows them to post ads and scam so many people.

I ordered from this company and never get the product they will give you a fake tracking number that never left the building and when you email them about it they will tell you its still on the process my God! it's been 2 months passed already and when you asked for a refund they will tell you to wait for 7 days and after that you will never hear from them anymore! So Beware of this Company they will just take your money! Big SCAM!!!

You don't receive your order or your money back and the number they give is a recording saying they will call you and they never do don't order from these people if you want to lose your money
